This Subway location, which we’ve been visiting frequently lately, has been a huge disappointment. Especially during my last two visits, the experience was truly bad. I’m a vegetarian, so I don’t ask for any meat or cheese in my sandwich. Instead, I kindly request all the vegetables to be added. Saying I’d like all the vegetables should be a clear and simple request — yet somehow, it still gets questioned or ignored. The same employee, for the past two visits, keeps asking for each ingredient, “Do you want this too?” and ends up making a sandwich that’s nearly empty. A few spinach leaves, one or two thin cucumber slices etc… Most of the vegetables are missing.
I genuinely wonder — would they enjoy eating this dry, nearly empty sandwich they prepared? Being vegetarian or vegan doesn’t mean someone has to eat dry bread. On top of that, I had paid extra for avocado, and it took me a while to even notice it inside — that’s how little was added. We’re paying for this, and in return, we expect a properly prepared and filling product. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this...
Read moreThe first time I was there the guy who made my sandwich, his nametag said ash I'm pretty sure, and the guy who checked me out, didn't see a nametag but he had tattoos and his hair was in a ponytail, were very respectful and made my sandwich quickly and it was awesome. The second time the same ponytail guy made my sandwich and was very nice and was all around great but another employee was on the phone yelling at someone complaining about being there and saying you better pay me overtime I wasn't even suppose to be here and so on. His tone was extremeley disrespectful and nasty. Never even acknowledged the fact that other customers were there including myself. His nametag said justin I think and I couldn't believe a manager would act so nasty. Won't be going back to any of the subways in the area after finding out they are all owned by the same guy, mark Martin I believe and I was told the disrespectful manager is his son. Unbelievable! Read moreComplete trash terrible service this kid with an Afro and this small girl were very rude with loud music that wasn’t customer friendly I have children I don’t need them hearing racial slurs, so I asked for a number of a manager. Was given the number of Mark Martin guess he’s the owner of all the local restaurants. He told me if I didn’t like his restaurant maybe I shouldn’t come in again. Never in my life have I dealt with such rude arrogant and egotistical people and behavior in my life and will be banning this establishment and letting everyone know that this place is not children friendly or people friendly.
