Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Placentia

If I could give this place no stars I would, not for the pizza since it all comes out of a freezer, but the piss poor customer service.

This was my experience: I needed a pizza place close by for a large order of both cheese and pepperoni pizzas for my daughters school. These bozo's were close so I called, and called, and called. After an hour someone finally answered. That should have been my first sign. I placed my order for many pizzas for pickup in 2 days. 2 days later, I arrived promptly at 10:30 for pickup as I was instructed and was informed they did not make the correct amount of cheese pizzas and I could either wait an extra 20 minutes + so they could make more or take more pepperoni. The rude blond girl child at the register became upset at me when I was frustrated at this, no manager there by the way and definitely no apologies. Since the planned lunch for the kids was at 11 and I could not just run to another pizza place and have the pizza in time I took the pepperoni and went to the school.

So some of the kids did not get to eat due to dietary restrictions (no pork) not enough cheese pizza to go around or some just did not like pepperoni.

Point is they messed up sorely and did not care about customer service. They informed me they needed 24 hour notice and I gave them 48. No excuses for this. I reported them...

I received a pizza, realized it was cold when I went home, but tried to eat it and the pizza was tasteless!! Took it back thinking it would be better, but even with a hot pizza the pepperoni had no tasteless. I went back twice to talk with the manage, whom did not give me a call. He suggested I call corporate office bcs they supply all the ingredients. So if they is the case shame on you Little Ceasar for putting out inferior pizza!! I had pissa from the same location with no problem, my roommate tasted the pizza and commented on the tasteless pizza. To top it off the market/owner insuled me in front of two customers saying, "If everyone did what I expressed Little Ceasar would be out of business." I doubt that many people would who expressed their dissatisfaction would put the company out of business!! I could not even talk with Little Ceasar Corporate off to see what the problem was. Iay try another LC, but if it's not up to the quality I had experienced to be very good with previous and bragged about how good it was at that time!! Two thumbs down to the manager solution to insuling me to try to make him look good!! Look in the mirror and brush up on how to assist a customer!! Unfortunately I ordered yesterday for my adult son who unfortunately like so many others he is homeless and going through some problems ever since he was a young boy and unfortunately I am not able to close to him but I provide as much as I can and living off disability is not easy but I try my best so I order a pizza 🍕 here every day for under $7 but yesterday he had an emergency and couldn't get his pickup order so I sent a message on the portal but heard nothing back so I called today and I explained but they couldn't reimburse him his money which there willing to take it but just not give it back I don't understand how they are able to keep the money I mean this was an emergency 🦺 and you would think they would be more sympathetic that they didn't earn the money I am very disappointed and unfortunately for my son who has to continue to eat there because of the location but I will never order from them ever they ought to be ashamed of themselves...
