Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Placentia

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza five days in advance. An hour before pickup I got a message saying they don’t have any stuffed crust. What’s the point of ordering in advance if you’re not going to get what you ordered? Anyway, it is what it is. So, they asked me if I want another crust I told her I wanted a deep dish. For the mishap she threw in six hot wings. Thank you

Mind you I do not have Pizza Hut often. I really wanted to try the stuffed crust. I showed up to Pizza Hut to pick up my order. I even ordered the bacon cheddar cheese sticks since, I wanted to try new things. With deep dish pizza, hot wings, and the cheese sticks it might not be so bad since I didn’t get my original order.

When I got home I noticed, correct me if I am wrong looking at the picture, I did not get a deep dish pizza. It did not look like it to me but I did not want to go back. I already wasted 30 minutes I am not going to waste more time going back.

Telling my wife to go in and talk with it at 4:30 than making her wait because he was on his break and wouldn't come out from the back is the most cowardly punk move I've ever even heard. Ordered two large pizzas for $40 and it was a sloppy mess. Firstly my pizza was undercooked and felt like it was rushed through the cooking process. It was tossed inside the box and was a very floppy, and greasy disappointment, definitely was handled with little care. The customer service was great. But the pizza was a complete disappointment. I love Pizza Hut but this location is a no for me. After trying this location twice before and being disappointed by the quality of my food, I can say the third and most recent visit will be my last at this location. Waste of money for low quality food. If I pay for a item I expect to get what I pay for, but my pizzas were not quality food or anything close to expectations.
