Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Placerville

Waited 30 minutes for my order watching employees argue. 5 orders came out for people that came after me. Employee bring orders out told me not to get mad because he just got yelled at by a customer when I asked him if my order was coming. I was very polite. After 30 minutes I got back In line and asked about my order.... it was ready but not delivered. The decided to make it "fresh". Shortly after eating my stomach hurt and I had diarrhea 3 times tonight and have felt very sick. I literally peed out of my butt all night. I did nothing to deserve this as I was polite and patient. Never eat here. It was dirty (ice and soda all over counter) order took more than 30 minutes, employees were f itghting and worst of all they put something in my food just because I asked about my order that they failed to bring out in under 30 minutes which resulted in me becoming really sick and ruining my night. Just go to in n out or starve because this is the worst place to eat. I'll never go there again and I recommend no one...

This was my first time visiting this particular Carl's Jr. Best Bacon Western I've had in a long time. Super helpful customer service. Friendly and timely. She was able to split my bill for two different orders in the drive-through. We all ordered something with bacon and the bacon was amazing; the sandwiches were well put together and the list goes on. Only stopped here by chance, but my experience with Carl's Jr in general is that their product has been consistently bad over the years at any of the restaurants I've visited, whether in town or out of town. This was my first positive experience in many years with this brand, and we visited from out of town. The drive through people are super shady. Always thought I was being overcharged and last night the total on the screen was less than $25, the chick told me $28.xx (I paid it because I just wanted to see if I was right) and I literally watched the chick count it and put a couple bucks in her pocket. Realized there was no receipt, went in to ask for one so I could show the manager and they had already "thrown it away and couldn't find it". From now on I will have to take a pic of the total on the screen before paying AND make sure there is a receipt.
