Order a pizza online. It said it would be ready. 25 minutes after I put the order in. I go 25 minutes later to pick up the pizza and there is someone in front of me ordering their pizza. I am told my pizza will take another 10 minutes. I completely understand places get busy 100%. But I wait for another 15 minutes and three people who walked in after me that did not pre-order the pizza got handed their pizza as I still sat there, waiting one of which was an employee who came in from a break and decided to make her family member who was with her for her break. Came in to pick up a doordash and they said it was ready when I gave them the name then handed me two pizza’s and said there ya go I get to the customers house and you guys did not give me a whole take n bake cheese bread they ordered maybe you guys need to stop rushing so much to close to the point where you are forgetting items that is totally unacceptable I will never do another delivery for your store because you guys FAIL to do your job and that effects the person who delivers it and it effects the customer that didn’t receive their whole order!
