Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plain Township

I don't normally leave reviews but this is the 3rd time I have been to the dunkin in Johnstown and have been disappointed. Staff is friendly, however instead of restocking the donuts they are working out of a cart by the drivethru. Makes it really hard for a customer to choose. There was a family in front of my and the kids wanted a donut with sprinkles, to which there was only 1 in the display and a while tray in there cart and yet the cashier said we only have one when there was a whole tray on top she was just too short to see them. Long story short instead of having 3 people by the drive thru and 2 of them on their phone maybe they could restock the display and possible reload napkins so everyone doesn't have to ask and maybe sweep up a little. I know this isn't the best job in the world but have some respect for what you do and work hard no matter what. Maybe I'll try again...

Compared to other Dunkin’ Donuts locations I’ve been to, I am very unimpressed with this new location. 7 staff were behind the counter at the time. I was one of the only people inside, and a few cars were in the drive-thru. The staff appear flabbergasted while working, and I was waiting over 20 minutes from my time of placing a mobile order for a couple of donuts and a few drinks. The hot chocolates we ordered tasted like hot dish water. There was little to no flavoring in the drink, so we had to throw them away. With the munchkins, the inconsistency of size and texture were strange. Overall, there are many other locations in this area that hold higher standards, and therefore, I will just resort to North Hamilton for now. Very disappointed by...

This Dunkin is the best Dunkin in the Columbus Metro area. We have been coming here for quite a few years and pass at least 4 other Dunkins and drive 20 minutes out of the way to get consistently good coffee and see the staff here who are always friendly and personable. I don't know why the overall reviews aren't higher. It is a very busy Dunkin, and the staff is really efficient at clearing the lines and order accuracy. The only thing I can attribute it to is the area, which is filled with extremely uptight, unkind and privileged people. We will continue to come here specifically for the staff and good coffee for as long as we are in Columbus. It's worth it to be greeted with smiles in...
