New Review (6/6/24):
I have been back several times (usually 3-5 times a month) since my last review. Today I came in at 1139. Order 104.
My burger was done within 2-3 minutes. I asked for a cup of water because they had not got my shake done. I watched them make 2 shakes in the time I was there. None were given to me.
I went back at Apx 1151, waited in line and asked how long before my shake would be done. The employee was imo a little snippy telling me they were busy in a lunch rush. Okkkk. I see 5 tables. I’ve been in here when it has been significantly busier.
I see 4-5 people working (maybe more). The one gal in the back I recognize and she has been very good in the past. She was the Blonde woman w headset and black shirt. She was very polite to me today and previously.
I’m not going to ask for anything. I just thought it was weird the gal at the front would get snippy when you have my burger ready but I’m supposed to wait 10 minutes for a drink (shake). So cold burger and got my shake.
Prob not a big deal, but I’ll be taking a break from Freddy’s for a few months. I don’t go to places where I am an inconvenience, or my order isn’t important enough to let me know “hey your shake is going to be a bit”. I could have said cool. Please make sure I get my burger w shake, and not 10 min prior.

Read moreWe arrived to the Freddy’s on Plainfield at 10:53pm. When we arrived to the drive-thru there was no answer but a guy was sitting at the driver thru window looking directly at us. I noticed he grabbed something and went to the back. We waited for about a minute with no, “how can I help you”, nothing. So we pull up to the window after no response at the speaker and another guy (with apron possibly line cook) say “sorry but we close”. As I look at the clock it’s 10:55pm, “ I reply I thought you close at 11pm”? He looked around and said, “we don’t have a drawer to take any orders”. I replied, “ok thank you”. I was so disgusted in how unprofessional and inconsiderate this location was. I have never had this experience at this location. To close everything down before closing hours, knowing the proximity to the highway was mind boggling to me, especially on a Friday night. The best marketing is word of mouth and the worst marketing is word of mouth. The manager, lead, and/or staff working on 4/25/25 between the hours of 10:30pm-11:00pm could use additional training in time management, customer service, communication, and company protocol. This needs to be implemented immediately. Another customer should never feel as though they are an interruption to your employees personal schedule, when customer service is what keeps the company...
Read moreI've been stopping in ever since they opened. They have great food and what I thought was ok service. Today changed my thinking of ok to fantastic service! I went in for the first time to check it out. I took a little time ordering and looking over the menu with it being my first time inside. The woman who took my order was very nice and answered my questions and helped get my bill to be cheaper. I'm ready to pay, she said "I'm sorry your card was declined" I then called the card company. While I was doing that others started walking in. I felt bad. Still on the phone getting my card reactivated a manager walked up to the woman taking orders was there a min or so then took my food in the bad and handed it to me and said thank you. I said "oh no I haven't paid yet" with a big smile he said "it's on the house this time" I was shocked. I had just gotten paid so I kinda went all out in ordering whatever I wanted and they gave it all to me. About 5 mins later I got my card reactivated and said "I'd like to pay please" they again said "it's on the house, have a great day" wow I have nothing but good things to say about Freddys! Thank...
