Culver's — Restaurant in Plainfield

I had a bad experience with the pot roast sandwiches that we paid over $17 for. We order to pot roast sandwiches, and when we got home to eat, one of the pot roast sandwiches had hair in it. I reached out and this is the reply I got From NAOMI RODRIGUEZ WHO NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH!!!!

When we fall short, we always try to correct the situation and to make things right for our guests. Great fast food option where the quality is a clear step above the competition. The food is made to order, so you will always have to wait for it. Inconsistency is the only reason I give them a 4 instead of a 5 star rating.

Drive thru periodically (1 out of 4 times in my estimation) makes minor but very annoying mistakes with my order. Here are some actual examples from over the last couple of years (and these have happened multiple times): given me regular chicken tenders instead of buffalo; failed to include the requested sauces in the bag; failed to add malt powder to a chocolate malt making it just a chocolate shake; given me a chocolate milk instead of chocolate malt... so you've got to make sure to check your order before you drive away.

The kitchen is also inconsistent occasionally (around 1 out of 4 times) making very bland, almost unseasoned burgers or dishing out soggy or underdone fries; 1/4 times making outstanding perfect burgers/fries & 1/2 times they're just good. So 3/4 of the times, the burgers/fries are good-to-outstanding, which is why I come back.

Disappointed again... We drive through just for the flavor of the day. (Crazy for cookie dough) After waiting for 15 minutes and seeing several cars get served that came through after us, we had an employee approach us with the wrong order. We asked about our order and he said he actually made our order awhile ago and would go check on it. A few minutes later someone came out with our order. Of course he apologized for the mix up. I asked if it was melted from sitting for a bit and he said no they just made it. It seemed melted. Anyway, and more disappointing, this Cookie dough special for the day had some cookie dough bites on the top and then 1 single cookie dough piece in the rest of it. So, basically chocolate and vanilla custard in a waffle cone. The reason I said disappointed again is because I haven't gone here for just dessert in a long time.
