Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plainfield

To be completely honest...the customer service is not the best and the food well it's fast food so you get what you get mediocre. I come here often and only had one issue previously (manager was rude when I told her my order was wrong...she told me I ordered wrong. Just rude and disgusting) before the issue I had today. I have been ordering through the DD app because I rather not deal with the rude a manager and it has been going well. I walk in grab my items and go but today was HORRIBLE... I came and my drink was not ready. I waited and watched how other customers receive their items. I even so staff walk up to some customers who haven't receive their items... I watched for 10mins but yet no one approached me or ask me what was I waiting for. I finally said excuse me I haven't gotten my drink and they said oh the machine is broke. I'm like why would no say something why have me waiting here so long for a drink. I asked for a manager to let her know what happened and she had response she just stood there... Love the coffee here the donuts n food options are great. They even have ice cream n I believe milkshakes n other things this place is awesome sometimes they even speak Spanish n they are patient n kind most times.
