I've been a steady customer for the last 4 years or amor and the same person has been treating me with attitude every time I come in during her shift but this time she got to me so bad that I have decided to leave a review. Her name is Rebecca. She's Hispanic she always gives me attitude especially if I have to have my drink remade. She has no people skills or nor is she professional. An as a member of managment those are 2 important things to have and clearly she nor another Hispanic who is also a manager knows very little when it comes to that..She argues with me when I clearly know what my drink should look like because it's done correctly by everybody else an with no issues. Maybe they should get a refreshment corse on how to talk an treat a customer with being in management those are pretty important things to have cuz I don't come in with an attitude so they should not be giving me one.. So owners of this Mcdonalds establishment maybe you should second think the people that are supposed to be representing your restaurant with professionalism and a positive attitude which these two Hispanic women don't have might I say.. Have a blessed day oh an one more thing. There is one person they should follow an she really represents your restaurant which I think her name is Corarea she makes my drink an she does it right an if for some reason it's not done right she will remake it herself an she doesn't give me adittude at all she's amazing.. That's the kind of person you want an should be proud of the service she...

Normally my experience is nice the food is always fresh as it was today. However the staff was really busy in the drive thru and there wasnt anybody inside with the exception of myself and and previous customer who were already eating inside. So I was standing in line contemplating whether to use the kiosk and the female shift manager wearing glasses ( who was sitting down talking with customers) noticed me standing and got up and began verbally scolding the crew who were doing a great job by the way- the drive thru line was wrapped around the store but they were managing the demand- what threw me off and literally changed the atmosphere in a negtive way was how she got up yelling, and not seeing that the team members were already locked In and fulfilling orders. She should have taken my order and helped them out . The yelling and tongue lashing was not needed . I've never seen this behavior when Danny is running the early shift. This lady needs training on how to empower and encourage your team members bc there were two team memebers who were about to clock out and walk out. There's no amount of money you could pay me which I would allow someone to yell at me when I'm working WHILE YOU ARE SITTING DOWN TALKING TO RETIRED CUSTOMERS... my advise is to train the manger on how to talk to her...

The most commendable aspect of this McDonald's was its cleanliness. Even amidst the rush, the place was well maintained and tidy. This is always a good sign and immediately puts customers at ease.
The staff also deserves a mention. They were helpful and quick to act, which was especially appreciated when we faced a minor issue. One of our burgers was undercooked and still pink in the middle. However, when we brought this to their attention, they quickly rectified the situation by preparing a fresh burger. The willingness of the staff to resolve issues promptly is a testament to their good service.
As for the food, it was as expected from a McDonald's - good, familiar, and comforting. The undercooked burger was an anomaly, but since the staff handled it so efficiently, it didn't mar the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, the McDonald's in Plainfield, Indiana, is a reliable choice for a quick bite. It offers the standard McDonald's fare, clean premises, and responsive service. If you're passing through Plainfield and craving some fast food, this McDonald's should...
