Swiss cheese and caramelized onion ordered rare and it really did come out rare without being raw! Onion pedals way better than onion rings with the chefs own made sauce. Bartender was only person working other than the chef and she was attentive, quick and personable with everyone there. The chef even came out to ask how the food was! You don't even see that in big restaurants!...
