I This was the worst Dominos I’ve ever ordered from. Raw food, forgotten items, and food poisoning. Dominos is lucky I don’t sue this store.
On a Friday night when I’m craving some pizza my favorite place to go is Domino’s. I ordered from the store around 12 o’clock and two hours had passed by. No, I was expecting a really good bread bowl because I wasn’t craving pizza. I was craving their infamous Alfredo bread bowls. I waited the two hours without complaint but got a little confused as it hit 140, I called the store in a really rude man picked up. The phone started yelling at me because I was curious to where my food was. He told me I had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes so again without complaint, I waited.
When I got my order, the aroma was great and I was really excited to eat my food. I went to my bedroom got myself a cup of lemonade and sat down to eat my bread bowl. I ate all the pasta in the bowl and when I got down to the best part, which is of course for the Sauce, rest at the bottom, I noticed something was off. I took a bite of the bread and it was really chewy so I looked back into the bread to where I took a bite from and noticed the dough is completely raw. It stretches about 20 inches before breaking this bread bowl was not fully cooked rushed and they obviously forgot about my order due to lack Lack of intelligence, how do you not know how to cook a bread bowl if you’ve been working there?
Beside that I had ordered two sauces with my order because it was a minimum of $17. I don’t really care for the sauces, but I never received them with the bread bowl.
Now I’m aching in pain because I am allergic to raw Dough

I also realize that many customers only leave a review or take a survey if their experience was one that was negative. I am sad to say that that is the case here. We have ordered from this location once or twice before as we are new to the area. Our previous orders were fine and the delivery person (Cesar, I believe) were great. Today was a customer service NIGHTMARE. The majority of our order was correct, but the pizza was partially wrong. We had placed an order for a Philly pizza with mushrooms on only half. What we received was a half Philly pizza (no mushrooms on the Philly half) and half cheese. Upon realizing this, we promptly called the store. My partner was placed on hold, and seemingly forgotten about. We called again and were placed on hold, again. When someone finally picked the phone back up, we explained the situation. We were placed on hold again, but could hear everything in the background. People were arguing and CURSING BACK AND FORTH about how that's what we ordered, etc. Even as this review is being written, I am sitting here staring at the order receipt and no, that is not what we ordered. While I FULLY understand that the time our order was placed was most likely a very busy time for this location (dinner hours) and high customer volume can be stressful, this was highly unprofessional. I am highly appalled and disappointed with this experience, especially given that (two?) employees in the background on the phone were essentially insulting and calling my partner a liar. I placed a carry out order and the store is 20 minutes away from my home. I picked up my order.After reaching home I realized that they gave me a wrong order (The sticker on the box is correct ,but the pizza inside was not the one I ordered). I called the store and told them about the wrong order. The employee picked up the phone didn’t even have a courtesy to say sorry. He replied like if you don’t want that pizza we can refund the money or give you credit and you can use it next time. Or they said they can make one more pizza but I need to come and pick it up again ( 40 mins drive for two way). I asked them if it is possible to deliver it in the near by Dominos hotspot ( which is 5 mins away from the store), but the employee said it was a pick up order and they cannot deliver near the hot spot( even though it’s their fault). Finally I drove again and got the pizza, but that time also they didn’t have the courtesy to apologize for the wrong order and when I asked he said “everybody makes mistakes“.
