i used to love this place and would order from here often but lately i feel the service has just gone downhill. i ordered an 8 pc boneless wing combo with honey bbq TOSSED and awesome aoili as the DIPPING sauce as written on the website. when i arrived, my order was not ready and it was 20 minutes past my order pick up time. one of the women quickly rushed to put my order together and i waited 10 minutes for this. why even place an order ahead of time if its not ready by the time i arrive???? and this isnt the first time this has happened with these women specifically my order is never ready on time once i get to the store i always have to wait whether it be 5 or 10 minutes, which entirely defeats the purpose of order head. when i got home and checked my order, i had received 4 honey bbq wings and 4 awesome aoili tossed wings which is not at all what i ordered. i think they were not able to understand the order or couldnt comprehend it but i ordered 8 pc honey bbq tossed with awesome aoili as the DIPPING SAUCE. i gave them a call and the other lady who answered the phone was extremely rude interrupting me and stating that the other lady who made my order in store asked me if i wanted honey bbq or awesome aioli and i said yes, thinking that she was asking about the dipping sauce. first of all, the website i used to place the order, incentivio, has very clear instructions and sections to select the wing flavor and dipping sauce flavor and i selected aioli as the DIPPING sauce. im very disappointed with how they chose to handle this, the customer service over the phone and in person was unbelievable and blaming customers for your inability to comprehend an order while making it incorrectly and 30 minutes late is just unacceptable. they offered to remake my order correctly butthe two women working need to learn better customer service, its such a shame because i absolutely love the food at atomic wings, but i cannot continue to come here if the service just gets worse and worse each...
Read moreFirst my order experience. We placed a delivery on Sunday at 3 pm. The order we received was obviously someone else's order and was way short of what we ordered. I called the restaurant and the guy who answered was very nice but asked if he could call back which he did in about 5 minutes. I told him that my order was incorrect and he said that it would be 45 minutes and someone would have to pick it up because they were really busy and he did not have anyone to deliver. He ask if he could just refund the part of the order I did not receive??? WTH??? I was a little put off but at this point (did I mention I had company and not enough food?) and we did eat what was delivered, I just said fine but I wanted the delivery fee refunded as well as I was going to have to order from somewhere else. He told me he would have to call back again. He did call back and said they would refund. As of today I have still not received a refund and will have to dispute it with my CC company. I tried asking for a manager but was told they were unavailable. Now the food we received. The wings were cold, undercooked and I am not sure exactly what flavors we received, there were two and they tasted the same but were OK. There was 9 sweet potato fries (yes I counted) in a container also cold but I think they would have been good at the restaurant. I think this restaurant opened prematurely. Read moreHate leaving bad reviews, but food was inedible and feel sick. I love supporting halal establishments and getting lots of food. The students behind the counter were nice kids. I’m trying to think what the issue was, wings are wings. Maybe oil was old or something fell in it. Wanted to make this my go to wing spot, but sadly won’t be the case. This place is also pretty cheap, they can definitely raise their prices by a few dollars, but up the taste.
Update: Called past few days. Manager initially didn’t even ever hear of Mike until she read review. She then said he was only there one day, and was the franchise person. Refused to believe she was wrong. I will gladly submit a dispute and have them pay charge back fees as well.
