I came in with a bunch of coworkers for lunch the other day and I ordered the chicken Tikka roll and a side of fries for myself. The chicken Tikka roll had good flavor and the chicken itself was not dry. It was a bit smaller than I expected for $7. The fries were ok but not worth $3 in my opinion. They weren’t very crispy and the flavor was a bit lacking. I usually enjoy a good fry without the use of condiments, but I found myself dipping in ketchup often.
Overall the food itself was tasty, the atmosphere clean and spacious, and the staff generally friendly. For the taste of the food I would go back and try other items, but I now know one roll will not fill me up.
I had to dock a star due to an issue I noticed after my party had paid for their food. For some reason the tax rate was 25% as my $10 total became $12.49 instead of $10.81. After checking with all my coworkers, they were all charged the same so we had to speak to the manager about it. They claimed it was a system issue and gave each person in my group a carrot cake dessert to compensate. They did offer to refund the money but with our group it would have been too many people. It was nice they took care of the issue but it makes me wonder how long this system issue has been going on. I don’t think I would have been the first person to notice this as it is a pretty significant difference in my opinion. So check your receipt just in case this issue has...
Read moreI have had Kati rolls in Calcutta India . The Kati rolls served here lack in any flavor. Sorry these are not it . They were doused heavily with green chutney and the flavor was single layered . The paratha/roti was oily . Kati rolls from the frozen section of any Indian grocery taste better that what we got here . For the price they are charging the taste / quality of ingredients doesn’t match up . We got anda chicken roll , paneer roll , chills tikka roll . All three had the same overdose of green chutney creating a monotonous taste . The rice bowl was ok , again the price is exorbitant to what’s being offered in terms of quantity and quality . It was mundane and bland . Maybe it’s catered towards a western palate 🤔. Only saving grace were the masala fries which were spiced to perfection . I wouldn’t dine here again unfortunately because of the food lacking any flavor. Service was standard . They don’t have any spoons , only forks...
Read moreIf you’re looking for the perfect combination of comfort food and bold flavors, this place is a must-try! Their fries are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. They serve generous portions, and the fries pair well with their flavorful dipping sauces.
The highlight for me was the chicken tikka roll. The chicken is tender, smoky, and bursting with spices, wrapped in a soft, freshly-made paratha. The roll strikes a great balance between spicy and savory, with just the right amount of tangy chutney and fresh vegetables to complement the chicken.
The service was quick, the prices were reasonable, and the overall vibe was casual yet inviting. Whether you’re craving a quick snack or a filling meal, this spot delivers on taste and quality. Would highly recommend for fries and chicken tikka...
