I went into to this BK on 11/7/2020 to buy the overpriced Impossible Whopper meal (because I like it even though it's a bit pricey). I asked the cashier to hold the tomato and instead add a bit more lettuce. When she charged me $0.10 for the lettuce (without warning me of the added cost) I asked her to take it off. She said it was too late to remove the extra lettuce and therefore wouldn't refund the 10 cents. And when I politely protested, she just shook her head. Eventually a supervisor came over and adjusted the price. Nevertheless, when I complained to the manager, Victor, about the cashier's attitude he was totally unsympathetic to my appeal for better customer service. When I said I would call the corporate office to complain, he said "you go do what you want". I don't think he'd get away saying something like that to a Karen, or a Kyle. He is symptomatic of someone with color-on-color racial prejudices, especially in establishments located in well-to-do suburbs but frequented by minorities. I'll NEVER go back to this location. Read moreStop by about 9:30 on Thursday night they were supposed to be open until 10 I know it was a little late in the evening when I pulled up I asked if they still had their broiler going because I wanted it fresh off the broiler. They told me yes so I placed my orderwhen I got around a taste of the order they told me or the broiler actually had already been turned off and that they were going to make my hamburger with the Patty they had cooked and I said that they're probably cold even though they've been sitting in that warmer tray. So he ran back and ask somebody how long they have been cooked and I guess a manager, and he said when he came back to the windows that they had just been broiled. When I got home 5 minutes later patties of beef when colder than the lettuce pickle and tomato. The burger was absolutely horrible I tried calling back but they don't answer their phone I even tried calling the next day and they never answer the phone even then. Read moreBad costumer service; Order taker was confrontational. I went through the drive-through because I had a coupon for the $3 Whopper Wednesday. I ordered at the speaker which had a sign also advertising the $3 deal. However when I got to the window the cashier told me it was more that it was supposed to be. She then called the guy who took my order. That's when he said I needed to tell them at the speaker I had a coupon. Which I did! But he rudely said "No you didn't, I took your order!". I said again that I did mentioned it and that they even have a sign adverting the deal! I asked if he could add the coupon anyways and he said "No, it's already in the system" then proceeded to walk away and leave me at the window with the cashier. At that point I drove off... Is it impossible to add coupon after you put in an order? I get there's protocols, but that doesn't seem like it's hard to do. If there really isn't a way to do that then I apologize.
