We placed an online order this evening. According to the online menu, breadsticks were included with our pasta dishes. After checking over our order, we discovered our breadsticks were not included and let the delivery guy know this. Before leaving, he asked if there we had a soda preference. We said no, but we really like brownies . He said he'd try. An hour later he returned with our breadsticks, but no brownies, informing us that he asked but was denied.
Really, Pizza Hut? You sent your driver off with an incomplete order, made us wait an additional hour for breadsticks and when we asked for brownies to make up for the mistake ( a common practice in the food service industry is to offer complimentary dessert when an order is messed up), you said No? Seriously?? Is it any wonder you have such a low score on your reviews? As a business owner, if we make a mistake, we do what we can, within reason, to make it up to the customer. Read moreI have ordered multiple times from this location and there has been a couple times that they have forgotten small items (dressings, marinara etc.). The last time I ordered they forgot an entree item after waiting for over an hour when the estimated wait time was 30 minutes. The driver said he would go back and bring it right away. After waiting for another hour I called and initially was hung up on. When I finally got a hold of a manager she said the driver did not say anything about the missing item from my order and had already left work. She offered compensation to be put onto my account since it would take another hour to get the rest of my order to me (which would be 3 hours after I ordered the food). I agreed to the compensation because I did not want to deal with them anymore that night.
I just called today to place an order hoping that it would be correct when it got here. The first thing I wanted to check was to see if the compensation had been added to my account. Of course, it had not been added. I will never order from this...
Read moreI tried to place and order to Ohio 121 for delivery and I have never gotten such bad experience from pizza hut, The manager on duty she was the most rude, disgusting, person I have ever talked to. I was a former pizza hut employee at the Sports bar in frisco and spent 4 years of my life working for pizza hut and I know pizza hut as a company strive for customer service. We order pizza hut all the time and we always had a problem with getting pizza to our store because we are inside of the Mall. So when I try to explain whats the easiest way to get to the store she kept on interrupting me raising her voice. Thats when I got pissed off and I explained to her that I used to work for pizza hut and I know how this is supposed to work "CHAMPS" and I let her know how I felt about the way she was talking to me and her disgusting attitude then she hung up on me.
