KFC — Restaurant in Plano

11/15/2023- Okay if you really read reviews before going to any place, you are obsoletely in a right place. Please read full reviews. I have pictures attached with it to justify my review. I usually give detail reviews on my experience, Please don't be deceitful with a positive reviews and 3.6 star reviews on this place, this is completely fake. First of all, Let me start with this that i completely waste my $10 here ordering the food, just because i heard they serve halal which is no true, No they don't serve halal, they have been abusing the advertisement of selling halal chicken. Those of you who have already eaten here and thought that they have had Halal chicken then I am so sorry that you have been deceived. The manager of this place is very unwelcome and hurry to check out customer since he himself is taking care of both drive thru and dine in which is obviously Yes, KFC has decreased their staffs. The chicken was so nasty, un cooked well, greasy (oily), the chicken smell like they have been using very old date chicken, leftover smell of raw chicken when you chew it, the part of skin of breading and chicken not cooked well, when you eat the breading crumbs, its full of nasty running oil, full of awful experience, The oil they use is so nasty and old. the color of chicken coating was black and oily. The french fries was terrible greasy and salty. The biscuit was hard like rock. Overall, i tear the chicken and looked it there it was RAW and throw all the chicken, fries and biscuits inside the trashbin as soon as i got the food, and walked out. If you see the restroom, its unhygienic, there is no handsoap, no paper towel (as you can see in the picture ) and see the paper towel waste on the floor because they don't maintain their restroom hygiene time to time. So after reading this all, you still want to go this place and eat, Good luck, please don't regret after reading this review and still looking forward to try this place. Look at the attached pictures and zoom in you will find out, only words are not enough so see the pictures. While it may exist, they fail to have what i want 77.348% of the time. (Yes i did the math). Chicken pot pie is about the only item i order. Either their really popular or people hate them. I lean more towards the beliefs that they are rarely ordered. Here is why. I stopped in tonight to order 2 pies. One for me, the other for my wife to be. After waiting at the drive threw window for 3+ min with no one in line, i ask of they had any CPP's. The man on the horn said no, but has some in the oven and will be ready in o min. I tell him that i will come in and wait. After walking into the empty restaurant, and with no one in line still, i order two with two biscuits. After ringing me up, and me paying, the guy with the headset said... " I only have one in the oven" (now you see why i think they aren't popular) They offered to drop another "one" in, and i can wait for 20 min. I explained that they can sell the one and i will wait for two fresh ones, and not one hot/one cold. They obliged and gave me two drinks for the wait. Its not bad food, they just don't normally don't have what i want. I wont wait again. FYI, I'm sitting in the corner booth now, and i have heard 7 people ask for them... Guess i am wrong about their popularity.

Wow! Now their telling people their discontinued to keep people from ordering. going to one star for lack of ethics!

Hi KFC. Today just was not your day .

Please STOP having your drive through people multi task ..when we are at the window paying we should have 100% of the attention of the employee at the window .

Why do you take great pride in making us feel that we are an inconvenience? If I order three chicken tenders you need to give me one dipping sauce per strip ! Good Grief ! Your girl said she could give me two ! I asked for four ! Good Grief ! Ordered biscuits ! I asked for honey !

I took one bite of my chicken and it was terrible so I pulled over and went inside .

After seeing how filthy your lobby floor was I am glad I brought your chicken back ..

The floor under the soda area was beyond gross.. it was black & white stuff..the area that was filthy looked to be 24 to 36 inches in diameter near a drain...

The floor behind the counter was also dirty ..

Bilma ( sp? ) was very helpful she said I could have cash back as it takes up to 8 days with card to receive money . The rude gurl from drive through came over and told me " stick your card in " I said she is giving me cash ..then instantly they started speaking a different language ...

Are you kidding me

Will never be back to your location and I encourage more people to go inside before ordering here ..to look at floors first .

KFC you can do better Blessings to you
