I honestly don't know where to begin. I am absolutely fed up with this location and its customer service. I ordered 2 medium pizzas through the app. As I am waiting for the pizza the order tracker gets stuck on 8:36 pm perfection check. It literally sat at this checkpoint until the next day. So here I am still waiting for my food without an update from either the store or the app at this point. I get a knock on the door and it’s the delivery driver. She hands us ONE pizza and asks me to sign for my card payment. I ask her, “Where is the other pizza.” She says, “You don’t have another pizza.” “Of course, I do. This total was over $20, there is no way I paid over $20 for one medium thin crust pizza.” “Well, I have to go back to the store and see what they say.” She leaves and I call the store. A driver answers the phone and asks me to hold I say “No, I am not happy. Your driver just left and I only have half of my order.” He replies, “Uhh, ok. Hold on” So, I wait. He gets back on the phone asking me to repeat myself I do so and he says, ”ok let me go find your pizza” FIND MY PIZZA? At this point, I am furious because he puts the phone down without even saying hold on. He gets back on the phone and says the manager will give me something extra for the inconvenience and he is about to go and get him, here I am back on hold again. He comes back not even 20 seconds later and says, “Okay, the driver is on her way with your order.” I ask about the offer from the manager and here I am on hold yet AGAIN. The same guy comes back and says “My manager said no he isn’t going to give you anything extra your order is on its way thank you” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHY WOULD YOU OFFER ME SOMETHING AND THEN SAY NO IM NOT GIVING IT TO YOU. AT THIS POINT I DEMAND A MANAGER GETS ON THE PHONE. I am placed on hold AGAIN!!!! This time no one ever came back to the phone, the driver comes drops off the pizza WITHOUT A WORD! No apology no thank you for your business NOTHING!!!! Mind you I am still on hold for the manager. UNBELIEVABLE.
This location needs a crash course in customer service. The pizza was warm when I received it but it was dry, no sauce, the meat was crispy, and since some of my family does not eat bacon half of them could not eat until the driver returned. Even when they did eat the pizza was disgusting and dry, nothing but dough! WHAT ARE YOU GUYS IN THERE DOING? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. SERIOUSLY!

I just placed an order at this location approximately an hour ago and after placing the order and the order being charged they transferred my order to another store that also does not deliver to me and did not bother to call and notify me nor make sure the other store notified me. Then on top of that I call to speak to a manager after an hour of not hearing anything and not seeing my order to find out about the transfer having happened without me being notified buy the original store which would have been good customer service and the correct way to handle the situation and I am given a phone number to another store. I called the other store and they have not heard from the original store at all. I speak to the employees and the manager and no one has heard from the original store about my transfer order. I call back to speak to the original store, this location, to the manager named Brittany who is on duty. After getting very upset with her because she continues to give the excuse that she transferred the order I asked her to find out from which of her employees did the order get transferred by and who did they speak to at the other store. She asks around and cannot get that information and then I asked her to call the other store and get this sorted out and find out who's going to take my order. She states she will do it and at that point I turned around and called the other store to be on the phone with them while waiting for her to call. At that point I find out she has not called and again verify that the order was never transferred to their store. Here I sit an hour after placing an order with no food on the way, no phone call telling me that they had to transfer the order, no phone call to bill me for the New Order that was supposed to be transferred, and a store manager lying to me on a recorded line about having transferred the order and making sure that the order was transferred. It's almost like Dominos or this franchise location of Dominos has become Pizza Hut in their customer quality and care. Beware ordering from this location maybe leaving you hungry and without food. this franchise obviously needs to get this store in order and replace a store manager with somebody who cares about customer service and will live up to the brand...
Read moreI had one of the worst experiences at this Domino’s location. I placed my order around 7:22 PM, and even after 20 minutes, my pizza wasn’t even in the oven—despite the fact that mine was the only order at the time. The store had only one insider working, and the rest of the staff were all trainees.
The manager, Laryssa, showed no sense of urgency or care for customers. Instead of handling the order quickly, she left the store to talk to a driver outside, leaving a new trainee inside by themselves. When she came back, rather than making my pizza promptly, she used my order as a training opportunity, which delayed it even further.
On top of that, the driver working the cut table didn’t check the details properly. I had to remind him about the sauce I ordered on the side, and they didn’t even let the pizza complete its time on the oven belt.
As a store manager, Laryssa showed a careless attitude, as if customers should just wait no matter how long it takes. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer time and patience was extremely disappointing. I usually order from another Domino’s location and never had issues, but I tried this one since it was on my way.
