If I could rate this negative stars I would. Initially my friend and I went thru the drive thru since I’m fairly familiar with DD menu but when I asked the DD customer service person what flavors were available in the Jelly filled doughnuts, ( e.g. lemon, strawberry, blueberry, etc. ) she told me they didn’t have jelly doughnuts in their store, just creme filled ones. I told her I might need to park and come inside to see what was available and as we were driving away, we heard her sarcastically say “ahh okay”. We walked in and there she was standing with our box wide open, holding it above her shoulder with a big ole, I’ve got attitude face & body language. We didn’t get a hello, how can I help you...nothing!!! We proceeded to order additional doughnuts to complete a dozen all the while getting the sighs and stare down because we were taking too long I guess, in her opinion. I looked for a name tag so I would know who to refer to when I wrote my review but she wasn’t wearing one (the receipt states Karen K.). We didn’t get a thank you, a come back again...nothing. She proceeded to advise us of the total $8.99, and told us the receipt would print out soon while she walked away to laugh with her co worker. My girlfriend requested a cup of water as she had walked away and we stood there for a minute or two wondering if she was going to get it. This person came back, handed us the cup of water without another word and turned and walked off again. Not only was she not the type of smiling, friendly person you expect to see behind the register but she was rude and obviously doesn’t like working there. My philosophy is if you don’t like working somewhere and/or can’t fake it then...

As originally from New England and growing up on Dunkin's, it pains me to say that this is the absolute worst breakfast shop I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the only place I can find in the area with acceptable donuts so I've been going every week or two for years. Here's the list of problems and I highly recommend going elsewhere unless there's absolutely no other option.

1. The order is ALWAYS wrong. You order a chocolate glazed donut you'll get chocolate frosted. You order a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and you'll get egg and cheese only. Order blueberry cake donut and you get blueberry muffins. Make sure you ALWAYS check every detail, even check if your sandwich has meat because I promise it will be wrong.

2. Employee attitude is abysmal. They'll blame you every time, even though they've got my order wrong at least 100+ times and I'm not exaggerating. Almost every one of them should be fired on the spot, it's that bad. Look at the other reviews and you'll see what I mean.

3. The inside is ice cold. I'm not joking when I say you should bring a hat and winter jacket even in August. It's so cold that condensation flows down the walls and windows like a river, I'm surprised they don't have mold yet.

4. Did I mention that they'll get your order wrong every single time, and blame you for it?

5. Coffee is gross. It's not the same formula they use in other states and is disgusting at this location.

6. Egg also seems to be different and is chalky and flavorless as compared to what you can get elsewhere in the country.

I love Dunkin Donuts as a chain, I hate THIS Dunkin's.
