everbowl — Restaurant in Plano

I've typically been pretty pleased with this location and and the food. Been there many times but our last experience was not so good. It started off kind of going in with an odd smell. Almost like a sewage smell, which obviously is not the most pleasant thing to come into when it's time to order food. I got past that though and went ahead and made my order of three bowls, one large and two small bowls and after ordering I ended up ordering another order with a smoothie as well. Not to make him payments for both and waiting for them to make it. They realize they couldn't make the smoothie because they didn't have the ingredients for the base, so we had to compromise with something else which turned out my son didn't like who this movie was for which kind of bummer, especially when you're spending $10 for a smoothie. The bowls I ended up actually being charged for two large bowls in one small. I also noticed that this time all three bowls were not as full as they had been in the past when I ordered. Are not sure what the deal was there but we definitely did get as much in each bowl as we regular. Would the many times we've been there in the past. I tried to reach out to corporate so at least can get the money adjusted since I obviously overpaid for sure when. I had two small bowls and one large and they charged me for two large and one small but I haven't heard anything back and it's been very disappointing with the customer service and any responses to make it right. Not sure I want to...

I went to this location, and was absolutely astounded by the steller service and vibes given by a worker named Jayden. She was so friendly and welcoming from the get go, and helped me understand what type of acai bowl I would enjoy the most. I felt so seen and the bowl was magnificent. I loved the fresh fruit and the generous toppings. This was so worth the price. I really hope Jayden is getting paid well for the hard work she puts into this company because I can tell she truly cares about it and the customers. I will come back here frequently and can’t wait to see Jayden’s lovely face again. This was a berry good experience and I hope “Acai” (I see) Jayden again! Love love love....

I have been a dedicated fan of Everbowl ever since they opened at The Crescent in Dallas! Now that they are so close by to where I live in Plano...I could not be anymore excited! The staff was personable and each went out of their way to introduce themselves by name. Jay, Laura. Jada, and Manishka made my experience custom- tailored, engaging, and fun! I always get the Full Moon with extra peanut butter.... highly recommend! Everbowl never disappoints and it is not just the amazing product, but the service and experience that sets them apart...
