The elote is delicious. It 100% beats all of the other fruterias in this area. The agua de mamey is heavenly and is something everyone should try at least once. I come all the way from Mc** to get it whenever it's available and it's beyond worth it. Treat yo' self.

EDIT 2022: I'm editing my review to add that they changed the mamey water. It used to be heavenly and you could taste and feel the pulp from the mamey. I went the other day after not having gone since December of 2021, and I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. The mamey lost it's beautiful vibrant color that showed how concentrated the mamey fruit WAS. It's no longer the beautiful, vibrant, creamy orange color, but a weird pale salmon pink.
