La Super Ice Cream — Restaurant in Plano

Terrible experience will not be returning! Arrived to an empty, single family ordering in the whole place. Was not greeted upon arrival. My son picked his ice cream and was walking around. As I continued to wait, the place got full. I waited next to the ice cream to tell the employee which ice cream I wanted. When it was my turn, he completely SKIPPED my family and I by servicing 2 other guests that AFTER after we did. I mentioned to employee that we had been waiting and he clearly saw me come in and wait. He did not care and expected me to wait in a 10-15 people like after HE SKIPPED me simply because I was standing next to the ice cream to SHOW him which one my son wanted. He is clearly not the owner nor has experience....

Great quick and delicious mexican snacks and grocery. Love LOVE the ice cream and fruit bars or mangonadas but used to love their hot food as well. Now more like concessions but still the same favorite you like, just no tacos or items with meat 😞.

Still courteous and delicious but go to Salsa Verde for tacos ;)

Great selection of ice cream flavors and spicy snacks tho! We may use for fundraiser at our school or local sports groups... So excited to help get them into the community AND...

These isn't your normal ice cream shop, which makes it a fantastic find when craving latin desserts. Service was great, and even put up with my rusty as hell Spanish. Other customers were friendly, with some families that were obvious regulars.

If you're looking for super sweet American-style desserts, this isn't your stop. The Fresas Con Crema and Arroz con Leche were awesome. Definitely going to stop again. This...
