Finally Plano has a great taco place near Fiesta supermarket!

Outstanding Tortas and Queso-birria tacos. The fajita Tortas are really good. They come with sliced ham on them but we order them with no ham. The falvors and bread of their torta make it a really great tasting Authentic Mexican sandwich. The regular street tacos are good but not my favorite because the yellow corn tortillas end up oily and crispy and I prefer white corn tortillas that are not crispy. The barbacoa tacos were not my favorite but I will say they have a better variety of various types of real authentic Mexican tacos compared to other taco places, especially for Collin county.

We have visited a couple times and the tortas and birria tacos our our favorite and all the salsas are great flavors. I like the rolls of paper towels at each table because this is a more messy food to eat. The facility itself is well illuminated and laid out nicely and the bathrooms are clean and the service is always attentive and friendly. We really like this place and it's better that any other Plano, TX Taqueria in my opinion.

To drink, the Mexican Coca-Cola in tall glass bottle is great and the lemonade.

I ordered from this establishment on 6/25/2022. I ordered two quesa-birrias and two birria tacos. I ate the quesa-birras earlier in the day for lunch. And I saved the two tacos for dinner. When I was about to reheat my tacos and I AM GRATEFUL that I examined my food before reheating it. Because upon my inspection, I found a piece of glass tucked in my taco. The first picture is what my taco looked like at first glance. And the following photos show the glass. I tried to call and speak with a manager the morning of 6/26/2022 (since by the time I noticed the glass they were already closed). The woman on the phone told me she only spoke good English for taking orders (but her English sounded great to me). However, she told me to call back between 11-12 to speak to someone else. I started calling at 11:30. And now my calls aren’t being answered. This is deplorable. And had I not inspected my food, I would be in the hospital right now. Buy food here at your own risk. I will also be reporting this to DoorDash, the Better Business Bureau and any other...

My wife decided to place an order by phone tonight. It was the first and last time. When got to the restaurant to pick up the order lady at the counter proceeded to repeat the order which was incorrect. The 3 ladies kept asking who took the order because it was incorrect. Blaming each other right in front of me. What a disgrace of costumer service! Mistakes happen I get it but don’t confront your guest and said that my wife place the order wrong.

I love your food but sadly your costumer service is so poor. I Have seen your managers at multiple locations not managing at all! Literally just having a good time! I could tell they are not properly trained. Fix it because believe or not you are in the hospitality industry and when you don’t prioritize costumer service sooner or later your sales will suffer. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told he wasn’t working tonight. Who manages the shift then? They only provided his name “Fermin”
