T C Shaved Ice — Restaurant in Plano

I’m very upset bc a roach was in my daughter’s icecream. I ordered a Mangonada & Medium cup Vanilla Icecream 2 scoops. We were arriving home I live 12 mn from their location. My daughter asked me what is that. So I tought nothing of it just a stick or a piece of trash when I pulled it out from her spoon it was a whole roach. Mind, she was halway done. I was shocked and we were both grossed out. I called their number on file and this man answered the phone and I told him my complaint and all he did was laugh and said it had to he a joke. I honestly re checked my phone embarrassed thinking I had called the wrong number. And I verify with him if it was TC Shaved Ice and he did confirm still laughing about the whole situation. Told him the location and he told me there was nothing he could do just for me to pull up to the location and talk to them. I was kinda upset, so I did drove back up there again, and there was a teenage boy in the window I explained to him and then a older lady who took my order still questioned how the roach would be there and how it was in the middle of the icecream it doesn’t make sense, yes lady I don’t understand eighter unless there is roaches in their work place and aren’t doing anything about it. I’m seriously disgusted, bc I don’t even want to imagine how nasty they could be. Please re think if you guys want to end up getting a suprise in your order. Will never come back here again.

She did only gave me $4.60 back, but it’s not the money it’s how nasty this place is.

Tc shaved ice lost a customer and my entire family as of today. We’ve been going there at least 7 years and recommend to everyone. But the women working today in her 30-40s customer service really showed how much they value their customers. I have never complained ever about their products. Even when two small corns and a small snow cone was 18.00! But today my son ordered a small snow cone and it tasted like mold or chemicals. Something was off with the syrup. I went back to the window and asked to exchange for a new snow cone. Something that would cost them .50 cents to replace. She refused and argued with me saying they’re all sweet. I said it’s not about sweet, something is wrong with the syrup. She didn’t care and insisted I pay another 6.00 for. Small snow cone. I paid it, but I hope it was worth the hundreds lost that they will never see form my family or...

I asked the lady what pink lady tasted like to go along with pina colada. And she replied "I don't know". So I told her I'll take just a little bit. Then I got my snow cone and the pink lady was all over. Pina colada was good as usual but pink lady was awful. It tasted like children's cough syrup. I went back to the window to explain that to her, and she just looked me all confused. Then another woman asked her what flavor pink lady was and she immediately said "big red". I asked her if I could give her mine back with exactly 3 spoon scoops out of it to just to get pina colada.
