It’s 3pm Friday. I need a place to eat and do some work on my laptop. I live in Fort Worth, so I stop here to kill time. Didn’t want alcohol & didn’t want to face rush hour traffic, plus I needed to turn something in before business shuts down for the weekend. Mind you, it’s the holidays. Everybody’s backed up & nobody really wants to work anyway. Moving along, I eat my food on site (which was decent but nothing special & cold, considering I dined in, could hear the grill sizzling & smell the food. It smelled delicious btw)

Anyway, come 5pm, I’m still working on my laptop & literally NO ONE in the restaurant but me & one other customer. The manager/maybe “the owner” tells me “this is a restaurant, not a place to do work.” Fair enough. I left. It’s his establishment & I can go anywhere else or home. I just found it strange considering they literally had 0 business other than two or 3 stranglers here & there & I ate food earlier. Who knows, I might’ve ordered something else just to hang out & experience their menu. The food isn’t special enough to return though & I know not to stop there to work on my laptop, EVEN IF THEY’RE EMPTY!! lol

They get a 1 from me overall. The noodles had good flavor though. Teriyaki never...

Wow, from the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted by Liz. She is an amazing young woman with a beautiful smile in her voice as she welcomes everyone. She doesn’t skip a beat from the beginning to the end. She is very customer friendly oriented and she makes you feel like family. She is very knowledgeable about their menu. I also liked the fact that I could ask their Chef NaĂșl questions about my meal. He was very friendly as well and he puts his heart into his preparation and presentation of their entrees. My first impression and experience at F&F was unforgettable and the food was amazing! Their portions were perfect and the quality of food was excellent! The restaurant was very clean, their service was to be commended and their food was DELICIOUS!! I will definitely be going back to this awesome restaurant and experience another unforgettable experience with their staff! If you meet the owner, James, you will see that he is very appreciative of his staff. It doesn’t hurt to let him know how AMAZING his staff is!! I highly recommend this restaurant!! They truly deserve more than five...

I love F&F, but not this location. The manager that has red hair has the worst attitude. I pre-ordered my food at 11:32 am to be ready at 12:45 pm. Went on my lunch break. There was about 3-4 people seated eating, no line at all and she told me my food wasn’t ready. Then when I asked her why it wasn’t ready as that was my whole point of pre-ordering she said it was because they were busy. I told her I had gotten an email saying my food was ready and she said well it’s not! Then I asked for her manager because she was so rude and she said she was manager and then told me not to Come back with an attitude! So unprofessional, so rude, and super uncalled for for your employee to talk to their customer who pre-order and paid already. In general no “manager” should act like that. When I finally got my food opened at work, they forgot my veggies and shrimp in one of my meals. They absolutely need to get rid of that “manager” with the red hair who when I walk in there every time still after this incident is sitting there talking about what she did last night with the...

Went there today with my buddies. The food is good but the service is counter service (i.e. no service) and the atmosphere is "fast food modern" 😁 That having been said I will be back because who needs service and atmosphere for a quick tasty lunch? The food was fresh and tasty. Funny story about the spice bomb bowl: There is a notice at the counter warning of potential health risks due to the extreme spicyness of the spice bomb. One of my buddies and I noted the sign and chuckled. He ordered the spice bomb. When he got it, he was shocked at how low the spice level was. He's from Hyderabad, and I'm from NH, but he and I often eat at Thai places and agree on spice levels, so I'm confident I would have agreed. The printed notice has to be a marketing ploy or a wry joke. See it in the pictures. But, I will return. It was clean and tasty. I come for the food not the ambiance.

Oh I love this place so much. So many food options. You can go from beef, chicken, tofu and they have vegetarian option too. Their hibachi-style dishes (grill or salad) are awesome. Rice bowl topping style dishes are so delightful too. I’ll probably try their poke bowl next time. There’s just a lot of options to choose from. Our hungry teens were full and satisfied. With the kind of food, presentation and customer service, they are priced reasonably. Highly recommended. Bring your friends and family.

[5/2024, $39] If you are vegetarian or have special allergic needs, this restaurant isn’t for you. Because, when we ordered a vegetarian tofu entree, we found chicken and beef bits. It seems, they cook everything on the same griddle. So, you will get all of their flavors in whatever you may order; which is why everything may taste similar. My friend ended up not eating the errored vegetarian meal. We didn’t think the restaurant can correct the error. I don’t think they understand vegetarían meal.
