First off this location once was great. Great service and attention to detail on cleanliness. Now the location is dirty the manager name Clint Lewis and cashier Charlene are the worst customer service ever. Several time I ask Charlene how to use the Whataburger app and Charlene mention she does not know how it works. I ask to see the manager so they could help but Charlene insisted to tell me that I can not use the reward today because I started an order at the counter. I then ask why and she mention on her end does not show any rewards. I clearly show her my phone and she mention she can not help me. I ask for the manager again and she insisted in getting a co worker from the line to help. When the line worker was helping than Charlene butted in and said thank you but he can not use the reward. I told her if she didn’t know how to use the app how she can say that to the line worker. I ask to see the manager again and then she did finally went to the office and Clint Lewis appear. I ask to see the corporate number because the office door was open and clearly he could hear the conversation. But Clint mention the reason he didn’t come out to hell because he was working on his closing procedures. I told Clint really so your closing procedures was more important than helping us. He than mention you always complain about something and I said yes when I see you a week ago outside the facility and you come in and handle food with out washing your hands. He than raise his voice and told me and my wife the leave the building. He continue shouting and pointing stating he can do whatever he wants. Whataburger you need to follow up with this. The burger was prepared as a joke because it's Cinco De Mayo, I guess. It was filled with jalapeños instead of pickles. The drinks machine was broken, the carbonated water ratio was off and the drinks were flat. The staff claimed it has been broken for a while. I was very disappointed with management of this location because normally this location is fantastic food, service and friendly employees. This needs to be brought back to standards we all know and love about WhatABurger!

It was peak "Lunch Rush". There were numerous people in line in the drive-through as well as a line inside. The front counter had 1 team mate taking orders. I was the 5th person in line with 3 more behind me. 5 people were seated waiting for their order. 2 people walked out because they asked how long they would have to wait for an order; they were told 15 - 29 minutes. There were no napkins in the napkin holders, the condiment bin was tettering on empty. The trash cans needed to be emptied, tables needed to be cleaned. The management needs to learn how to transition from "breakfast rush" to "lunch rush". The Crew looked as if they were not well trained and everyone was working individually instead of as a team to ensure quality, accuracy and speed of delivery of the orders.

Read moreAs a former JJPHS (the one next door) this is a place I did and still do frequent this place. great food, kind staff (I got to know most of them) who are apologetic about mistakes and at their worst tired or hurried in taking your order. Food is pretty fast (depending on time) and as far as I can remember they've never messed up my order. Any faults I can see are they sometimes forget your milkshake, but if you remind them they apologize and get to it ASAP (and might upsize it for inconvenience) and they don't melt the cheese on their sandwiches (not really a issue) Below I'm gonna recommend times to go, because depending on who you are you will want to come at a different time
Students- Right after school (4:10) kids usually flood this Whataburger. The seats are sparce and it is LOUD because 20+ high schoolers are eating there. I don't recommend coming as a family or alone from 4-6 p.m. for the best dine in experience. (Try 6 p.m. or later, most kids are gone then) for breakfast, kids usually flood in from 7:45 thru 8:45, especially in the drive thru. try getting there before the rush for a nice uncrowded experience.
