Best chicken strips anywere. Fries, Okra, and rolls are worth trying as well. * 5 star ... Was my original review. Changing it since remodel: Guy taking order was VERY high. Took 3+ minutes and we repeated everything many times. 2. Car in front of us was handed bag. They riffled through it and held a piece of chicken up to inspect it. They spoke to window guy and then handed it back to him. He looked though it and set it on counter. 3. after giving new order to car, we pulled forward. He gave us our drink and repeated the order back. After the LONG order at the sign he had a regular poppers instead of family. He adjusted the total and took our card, grabbed the molested bag and set it by the window. He then said it would be a few minutes for the additional poppers. There is no way were taking used food so we did not pull forward and lose sight of the bag and asked for the manager. 5. manager Keisha (? spelling) was polite at first. Insisted that that was not our bag, but was for the truck behind us... Disgusting! if they would serve them the fondled food, what are we getting? 6. we get our order freshly packed and get home. Only 7 poppers in the family order! Called the # on receipt. Keisha answers and say we can drive back 15 minutes for ONE popper and was very rude. If they server food touched by random people in a car, you cannot trust anything is sanitary at...

Sadly I need to give my first ever low review to a Golden Chick.

Things started out well enough. The cashier took my order perfectly and repeated it. (16 piece chicken tenders, 1/2 spicy and 1/2 regular, 2 family sized coleslaws, no gravy, 1 family size french fries extra crispy = $31 plus change) There was one order ahead of me and one behind.

I waited and my order was called and I drove him. After arriving home and getting changed while others got everything together for dinner it was brought to my attention that half our order was missing. We only received 8 chicken tenders. That equaled roughly 1 1/2 chicken tenders per person.

A call to the location and as I mentioned my order number I was told "Oh yes, we saw that after you left. We are sorry we had too many orders going." See above comment about 1 person ahead of me and one behind me and MAYBE one in the drivethru. The said next time I come in they would compensate me. The trouble is, I don't know if there WILL be a next time. Checking an order before the order number is called is fast food 101. I am unsure if I want this to happen again.

Needless to say I am severely disappointed. I spent over $30 to feed a group of people to bot be able to eat.

if I could give this place zero stars I would. I was told when ordering 3 piece fried chicken that they could substitute the thigh for a breast which was fine. I drive all the way home 10-15 minutes from here only to find out that my child had received a 3 piece fish combo with coleslaw. I called up to the location to inform them of the issue. they told me they could give me an extra side if I brought food back up here. I told them they should replace the food and refund me my money due to the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back up here to fix their mistake. I was told that they had switched my order with someone else's but funny thing is the same cars that where here when I came in to place my order are still in the parking lot. when coming back into the store the girl I believe her name is Angela was laughing with another younger girl. After having to wait for my food to be fixed which took awhile they then brought the food put it in a bag never apologized for the inconvenience or NOTHING. Teach these kids customer service and how to fix things when they mess up! I would like to be contacted back by management
