Haraz Coffee offers an exceptional experience that beautifully showcases the rich tradition of Yemeni coffee culture with a refined, contemporary touch. I had the pleasure of trying the Saffron Yemeni coffee, a masterfully brewed cup with delicate floral notes, a warm, earthy undertone, and a luxurious saffron finish. Its complexity was both bold and smooth, making it a standout choice for anyone seeking a sophisticated coffee experience. I paired it with the pistachio cake, which was perfectly balanced—moist, subtly sweet, and enhanced by the nutty richness of the pistachios. The combination of flavors was harmonious, with the cake’s mild sweetness complementing the aromatic depth of the saffron coffee.

The café's ambiance blends cultural authenticity with modern elegance, featuring décor inspired by Yemen’s heritage while maintaining a minimalist, cozy aesthetic. It’s an excellent venue for both social gatherings and remote work. However, during my visit, the background music felt slightly overpowering for a morning setting, making it challenging to focus fully on work. A softer playlist during earlier hours would further elevate the atmosphere for productivity.

The staff’s professionalism and deep knowledge of their craft further distinguish Haraz Coffee. Their genuine enthusiasm for Yemeni coffee was evident, adding to the authenticity of the experience. For those seeking a unique coffee destination that blends quality, culture, and sophistication, Haraz Coffee is an...

—- Update changing to 5 stars due to quick and friendly response time, everything I hoped for! —-

Not sure how to give positive feedback to this place other than hoping management will see my 4 star review. Food excellent 5/5 Atmosphere beautiful 5/5 and very spacious Service good 4/5 they’re very friendly and kind but they forgot about me and my requests after our initial encounter and it wasn’t even that busy, could do a bit improvement there

Now here’s the kicker.

  1. Your menu is absolutely too small to read. Either get bigger TV screens or make your font bigger or at least provide a physical menu.
  2. Your menu is also not available anywhere online and I think that’s pretty ridiculous.
  3. Your online ordering system does not work and you are also not available on the mobile app that you’re advertising about.
  4. The pastry items should have a card or sign in front of them stating what they are and any allergens.

I’m not in the restaurant business but these are just some things that are pretty standard so when I noticed them, it was only because it actually affected my experience. Maybe I’m holding you to a higher bar because we have been anticipating your arrival since forever. All I want is for you guys to be perfect because I actually love your store, your products, your location, and everything!

A must visit for everyone. Definitely has the potential to overtake all other muslim-owned coffee shops. Their coffee is actually good for casual drinking and not just for...

Best coffee place I have been to yet!!!

From the service to the quality of coffee and lastly the atmosphere, this place is awesome.

We ordered the pistachio and pumpkin lattes along with the hazelnut bread. As you can tell by the pictures, they take pride in their work.

The bread was top of the line also. A little sweet in my opinion, only because the latte was a little sweet. I probably should have ordered a savory style bread instead.

The presentation was phenomenal as you can tell by the pictures. I mean, gold utensils. I felt like a king here. They brought the food to us as well. It was a nice touch, something you do not typically get from a coffee spot.

They also offer tea as well which I am sure it too of the line as well. I will probably get that next time.

5 out of 5 stars all the way around for me. This place was a treat. This was a great start to my day today. Wonderful vibes here.

If I had to give one small negative, it would be the coat but, trust me I am not complaining about the price because it’s well worth it due to the quality. I believe we spent about $15 for two coffees and $13 for the two hazelnut bread. I will add to this small critique, you do get large portions.

I recommend getting your coffee in the mugs they offer if you dine in.

Please check this place out if you are in the area, I will be...

Could do with a better "soft" opening. Superior ambiance but obviously the staff need to ensure that the custom changes to orders are dispensed correctly. (QA or training?) With the emphasis on Arabic style coffee (abundant cardamon?), it was a mistake on my part not to solicit Turkish coffee (a la Turkiye sans cardamon) in its most elemental form. Naturally not surprised that the Turkish coffee was not served in the traditional manner with a small glass of water and something to sweeten the palate. Even a routine request (at other Cafe places) a light drizzle of caramel that is properly served but unfortunately not here with the Hot Caramel Macchiato despite clarifying the request three times. In other words it is early days here and it can only get better. The basic selections of desserts were nice but definitely prepared to decadent standards (with years of experienced tweaking from up North) for the well heeled clientele. Owing to the long hallway layout, this is a good place to converse even when it is crowded (during our visit). Not unduly noisy and select tables offer basic privacy for social or business discourses with comfortable seating options.

I was dying to try this place after hearing about it! I met my son’s girlfriend’s mom here for a coffee date on Saturday. We walked in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. At first I figured they were short staffed as we only saw 2 employees who seemed to be trying to avoid eye contact. The longer we stood there the more employees begin appearing from the back…still no smile, wave, nod NOTHING! A young girl finally took our order. Though she seemed overwhelmed and gave us little attention, she was slightly friendly. I got a croissant and what ever coffee she recommended that came with cream. We picked a cozy table and got lost in conversation for 30 plus minutes. But still no sight of our order - not even the pastries. Once our order finally arrived the croissant was good. The coffee was flaming hot as expected & the taste was pleasantly unique. Like nothing I’ve ever tasted before - notes of cardamom and the perfect balance of cream! Although the coffee, food and atmosphere were such a vibe - I will probably not return. Sad, this place is definitely wasted potential!
