I am not exaggerating when I say that H-Tea O, especially the one on Park, is the best drink place I have ever encountered and here is why: The most outstanding perk of this place is the service. I kid you not, every single time I go through that drive through dreams flourish and my rigid stature turns ecstatic. The employees take my order with an immense amount of care and patience that a lot of workers lack these days. When I turn up at the window, it is always cheery attitude and friendly quips. They have a knack for making people feel welcome and that is something ownership should feel appreciative of. They lucked out with this bunch of workers which is something that should be rewarded and cherished. Also, the passion put into every single one of the drinks is astonishing. I hate to use the word perfection because nothing seems to amount as such, however, I can make an exception for the exuberant establishment. The sweet almond green tea is sheer perfection that offers a vast amount of satisfaction with every sip. A shout out to Chris and Troy for their exemplary skills in the art of drink making as well as their exceptional amiable behavior. The whole staff that makes up this location deserves a long pat on the back for they bring the liveliness to the place. Not only are they talented and have a hospitable nature about them, they are also efficient. Everything done is completed in a timely manner. There is hardly ever time spent waiting in the drive through solely because of the staffs ability to work methodically and systematically which is astounding considering the top notch quality of a drink you are getting. I didn't think there were that many flavors of tea until I came to this place. The service is always good, and the selection is plenty for visitors. This location also offers 1/2 tea during happy hour which is nice if you just want to grab a quick drink.

They have a huge selection of flavored teas, some sweetened and unsweetened. You can mix and match your drink according to the flavors that you like. I usually get a little bit of the mint, coconut, and watermelon green tea all mixed together. They have a drive-through as well, but I like coming inside to try their flavors and then mixing my own cup. There are free lemon wedges to add on, along with paid fruit options like strawberries & cherries.

The workers are so friendly and made my experience a lot better. I remember the first time I walked in, I was super overwhelmed by the selection until a worker told me to try them all. There are mini cups around the area so you can taste test everything. I didn't feel rushed at all, and it was during happy hour too so I paid $3.50 for two giant cups.
