The time before last when I ordered from here, they forgot the chips, but the girl hollered out to me before I got out the door. The next time that I tried to order online I couldn’t get the order to go in so I called them to try to place it over the phone. Nobody ever answers that phone. When I got to the store I told the guy at the register that I couldn’t get the online ordering to work and the guy told me that it was because they were busy…or shorthanded. (They were three of them working behind the counter and zero people in the store.) So tonight I ordered online again and ordered two sandwiches and two bags of chips and then it said I had rewards that could be used for a free mini, so I got that, too. Went over after work to pick it up, which is about a half a block from my work, and they had the bag ready and I took it home. Again, I was the only person in the place besides three workers. They charge $1.59 per small bag of chips and I didn’t receive either bag of chips. That’s theft in my book. And I’m not gonna drive back up to the store to try to get two bags of chips. When you try to call them about it, of course, NOBODY answers the phone…ever. I am so done...
Read moreOkay, just to start…they’d been putting a half-effort into my orders for quite some time, culminating in a really bad experience one night. I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when I called, so I left a review somewhere else & got a sincere call from the new manager, Tim.
We still waited about two months to try them again, and for two visits, our orders were splendid.
Then, tonight, they got my bowl completely wrong. I get if you are running low on stuff. That said, please don’t put stuff on that I didn’t order. I didn’t order banana peppers or cherry pepper relish, though I’m they were ordered on the 2nd bowl & under everything. There was also no bacon or Mayo on my #9 club.
The bowls were sloppy & when they didn’t answer the phone, I retuned with my bowl. I was not asked what I wanted them to do - just told me they’d refund me. Then, when I gave the young man a comment, he offered to re-make my bowl (but I heard at that moment they were out of lettuce).

That store has really went to the dogs since their staff left after New management.... This store (at Legacy and Coit in Plano) and this location is the place to be if you want service, great food and an incredible eating experience..... I want more than food..I want to be treated with respect and kindness... That is exactly what they did for me here.. the young black male and the lady with the brown pony tail were "On point", they didn't miss a beat and worked like work horses...I will come back simply because of them... This is gonna be one SUCCESSFUL...
