Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Plano

Delivery time is terrible. The regional manager or franchise needs to look at why this store fails so hard at delivery. This is one of the worst managed stores I have ever seen. I no longer work in the restaurant business but I have managed a Quizno's and worked at papa johns when I was younger.

8/7/17: Ordered two sandwiches from there last Friday. Sandwiches took a hour plus to get here and then the driver had me meet him at the front of the apartment complex. Sandwiches were not cut and lathered in mayo to the point of disgust, both were thrown out. Called the manager that night to tell him that I didn't receive my chips and threw one sandwich out (the other thrown out shortly thereafter). Was offered $5 back on my credit card, it never showed up as a credit to my account. This whole order should have been free. I'm assuming the kids parents bought his brand new white Honda Accord because his work ethic doesn't get you brand new cars. I should have gotten a full refund for the hassle of dealing with this store, there's plenty of other delivery in the area.

I would NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE! The Owner should clean house. Using this store generally results in calling the store and talking with the manager and the managers have no sense or urgency or drive when spoken to. Feel free to contact me. I still have the receipt with order number from Friday as well as a description...

I was really excited to try this place for the first time, but my experience was honestly disappointing.

Yes, the food was good—but the service was terrible. When I walked in, there was no one at the register. One of the girls working the line greeted me, which I appreciated, but I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. There was a young guy just standing behind the counter with headphones in, not acknowledging anyone. I had no idea if he even worked there.

Eventually, a third girl came out to take my order, and she had an attitude the entire time. She looked annoyed, acted like she didn’t want to be there, and also had headphones in. The whole front-end experience felt unprofessional and careless.

The only reason I’m not giving zero stars is because the food itself was great, and the two girls on the line were clearly working hard under pressure. But that doesn’t excuse the lack of basic customer service.

If this is how the front of house is run, I won’t be coming...

Best service ever!!

On Mother’s Day I was at Medical City as I had just given birth, I was craving Jimmy John’s so I ordered on Door Dash about 45 minutes before close. I was unable to add extra mayo in the app so I called them right after I placed the order and, of course it was already made and sent out because they are SO fast! The manager was super nice and apologized and said she would, but the order was already on it’s way to me, which was weird because in the Door Dash app a driver hadn’t even been assigned yet. I told her that and she said to call her back if for some reason we don’t get the order or something. My husband goes downstairs to try and see if anything showed up but coms back empty handed. So I call the store back and the manager was extremely nice and said it was no problem, she’d remake my order and send it back out right away. Not even 10 minutes later my order showed up, with extra mayo and she even gave me a chocolate chip cookie with this sweet note! Amazing...
