This place barely even deserves 1 star. Every single time I go they forget something on our order weather it be the sauces, an apple pie or a burger, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Or the order is incorrect in some way. The sweet tea is a hit or miss for being fresh or being stale, but I usually go back because its close and convenient, but today is my absolute last. I got all the way home after ordering food for me and my daughter. Checked my order and it was okay but didn't check the happy meal box. I got all the way home and my daughter opens the box and just starts to cry, where's my cheese burger. Sure enough they put two toys her apples and a half ass frenchfry box and no burger what so ever. Then I realize they Also forgot my sauce. I drove all the way back up there and after waiting for 10 minutes was finally helped. Two times in a row when I went to the McDermott and Custer drive-through after 6;20 am I was asked to wait in the customer wait spot as they had not started to make any hash browns so far. I was told that I was the first customer of the day to order hash browns so I had to wait while they make it..., is it really that hard to figure out that 20 mins after your opening time you should have some hash downs ready as it is likely that someone will order it given that it is breakfast time !!! On top of this the lady in the window was upset at me and screamed at me when I pointed out that I am surprised that 20 mins after the opening time they yet have to start making food!!!    Read moreI have never written a bad review before until today. They gave me an incorrect order through the drive thru, so I parked and walked in and waited at the counter patiently. I made eye contact with everyone there with the bag in my hand. I stood there atleast 20 minutes (not over exaggerating) waiting to be helped but never was. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I understand they were busy and giving me an incorrect order is okay, I understand that mistakes are made. But the crew chose on 3/12/17 at 1pm not to help a customer who clearly needed assistance. For now on I will drive the extra mile north on Custer to go to the McDonald's that I have had nothing but excellent service at.
