I made the mistake of taking my lunch break at this particular McDonald’s location today. I ordered a #7 through the drive-through, which consists of two cheeseburgers, french fries, and a drink. Upon driving up to the pick up window, I was instructed to pull around the left and wait for my order. I saw the line growing behind me, and there was already a car in front of me waiting. After about 15 minutes, I grew impatient, and I went inside and ask for a refund. This is fast-food and there should never be this long of a wait for two cheeseburgers. There was already a man in front of me complaining to a woman by the name of Kennedi. So I had to wait even longer inside for her to take care of him. She held her composure, but seemed somewhat frustrated. Someone from the back kitchen kept yelling order questions at her, and she responded as if she were irritated. When she finally attended me, I simply let her know that I wanted a refund because I had been waiting for far too long for two cheeseburgers. I heard her shout at the manager in the back kitchen that I wanted a refund. The manager, whose name I believe is Miguel, (Ithink) came up to the register, opened it up and handed me cash. Never said one word to me & never apologized… nothing. Very rude & unprofessional. I understand this is just McDonald’s, but still, there is an etiquette to customer service. I see why some food service people get yelled at and mistreated. I was not rude by any means. I simply wanted a refund and I was treated rudely. I know this won’t affect this restaurant because everybody goes through McDonald’s without reading reviews, but I still am leaving this one. Read moreI live nearby this McDonald’s and the drive-thru staff (mainly in the evenings, but I feel like the evening staff work weekend mornings—to give the weekday people their days off!! The morning drive-thru staff on the weekdays are nicer!!) are rude, and when they take your order they talk like they are being lazy or something. Very unprofessional, some of them sound like they don’t want to be there. If you guys don’t like working there then don’t be there then. Some of the staff in the drive-thru need to relearn customer service!! Here’s the deal.... I’ve been to this location multiple times and always asked since this new sandwich came out, since they didn’t come out with a McMuffin version I kindly ask them if they could put it on a McMuffin rather than the Biscuit or McGriddle as advertised. FYI, when it’s on a McMuffin it tastes much better in my opinion. Usually, it’s not an issue they usually have done that for me, however the rude drive-thru girl/lady said, “We don’t have that, we only have the McChicken Biscuit or the McGriddle”. I told her kindly, I’ve done it multiple times here, are you sure they can’t substitute it for a McMuffin instead? She just said, no they can’t”. Unacceptable, when I know they can do that! Read moreI doubt it will do much good leaving a review for McDonalds. I haven't been to one in 4 years, until recently. This one, is on my way home. The 1st order they actually got right! 2nd order, they gave me a Double Cheese burger instead of a Double Big Mac, but charged me for the Double Big Mac. 3rd order they got right although the fries were only 2/3 full. 4th order, today, I waited 20 minutes for my order, before I went in from the mobile order space. When someone finally came to the counter, I asked about my order, telling him that it had now been over 20 minutes. He walked over and picked up a bag that had been sitting on the counter (for who knows how long) and said that they didn't know who the order belonged to. Apparently a car parked in the mobile orders spot was not a clue he could process. The food was all cold. The fries were filled a little less than two thirds and all the sauce was on the back half of the sandwich. I don't know if I am done with McDonalds, but I will never go back to this one. With prices what they are, and employees making so much more money than they were before COVID, there is no reason 50% of the orders should...
