I drove with my wife to get family meal. Ordered from Brian on drive through chow mein and fried rice and two orange chicken and one Beijing beef and additional large chow mein. We have been ordering this for years. Pull up to pay and pick up and I noticed on receipt there was no additional charge for chow mein so I asked lady (in picture on left side) why there is no charge for chow mein and she said it's there in the bag it's included with family meal same price on family meal for extra chow mein. Got home and opened boxes and noticed it is only 5 boxes and one orange chicken is missing so I called the panda number on receipt and told them that I was just there and one orange chicken is missing from my family meal and explained over the phone that I ordered family meal and additional chow mein. He told me he will prepare one more order of it and to come over. As I arrived to the restaurant lady that gave me the bag first time started telling that she personally packed the food and my whole order was there all 5 boxes. Then started telling me bring all 5 boxes back. I said I ordered 2 or. ch. 1 bei. beef 2 chow mein and fried rice and I came back after calling the restaurant that I am missing orange chicken. Then she left and talked to manager (in mid picture).manager started saying same thing ( I don't know what she was told) bring all 5 boxes back here . I told that is not what I was told over the phone and I didn't bring them if she wants me to do that than I want whole refund and I will never come back here. Then she changed her attitude and said I can give you box of orange chicken for full price of chow mein and I told her that is fine because that is what I wanted I first place and I paid $5.8+ and left. Really disappointed on miscommunication and misunderstanding and lack of customer service training in this place. Finally got what I wanted and ordered but had to leave family on the table to come back twice and finally get what my kids wanted to eat for dinner. I must say service is zero and I will not come back there again. Hope you get all the needed training if you continue working there.

I got Panda Express the other day and ordered the Fried rice and chow mein alongside with Orange Chicken and Honey Walmut Shrimp. The orange chicken was amazing. The sweetness and crunchiness was fire as usual. The Walnut Shrimp was solid and definitely will be the second thing I order with the Orange Chicken. The sweetness was really good on the shrimp and the cook was well done. I was not a fan of the fried rice as it was really bland and will definitely be going with the chow mein from now on as it was a better base for me opposed to the rice.

I was disappointed with my Big Plate ordered at 3/8/22025 at Panda Express. There were far too few shrimp considering the price—I expected more! Instead of a well-balanced portion, I mostly got rice and noodles. On top of that, the broccoli was so hard that it was practically inedible. It felt like the vegetables weren’t even properly cooked. The quality definitely did not meet expectations. I hope the restaurant takes action and improves the way they serve their dishes!

I wish I can rate this place zero stars do your self a favor and go to another location this is the worst place I ever ate at. Sorry for my long review but that’s my story with this location......... I have been a customer for over 10 years now I buy food from Panda Express almost every week for my family, my sons are a big fan of the orange chicken and i love the honey walnut shrimp. I normally buy 3 to 4 large orange chicken entrepreneurs along with large honey walnut shrimp plus other things and i never had encountered any issues until today at this location. This was my first time buying anything from this location, unfortunately food did not taste the same as other locations food was lukewarm. Orange chicken didn't look bad but the tasted of it wasn't the same as usual, we were a party of 6 and we all said the same 2 kid were so hungry they were eating 1 bit and spitting 3 out chow mein tasted funny and cold as will the steam vegetables the carrots had dark color in the center, broccoli had black spots and the cabbage was over cooked and slimey like if it was rotten. we didn't complain at first since the staff were busy assisting other customers we tried to eat and leave fast, i had ordered a egg roll it didn’t look good but I took a bite of it and It was so rancid I had to spit it out into a napkin just like the majority of the orange chicken. I almost throw up absolutely disgusting gagging rotten rancid. Both chicken egg roll and orange chicken had the same flavor. I called the manager 4 times and finally she came to my table and i explained to her what was the problem with the food, and she said no food is fresh made every hour and that's not true she was rude unprofessional she said i can't do anything because you have ate some of the food. I asked her if she at least give us a store credit that i can use at the usual location i buy from. She refused and said it only can be used at this location and she cant give me anything back anyway because i should had let them know before eating some of the food. After a long discussion with her she offered to exchange one large orange chicken for a medium entree and exchange the eggroll for another one i refused since it's the same food. By adding all my separate transactions i spent total of $75.89 me and my friend's family who i purchased food for we all went home hungry after spending all this money on rotten chicken. plus i was upset from the manager attitude who was rude and insulted us varios times by calling us a liars. At the end when i told her i will contact headquarter about this rotten food she said to me give me your credit card and i will void one transaction and she did but she charged me $9.25 without my consent, and i asked her why she said because you ate the honey walnut shrimp. I am really so upset with this location it's the woset location i ever been to staff rude food rotten is a chame this place to be part of this franchise. (Last but not least putting the cherry on top of the cake) there was small cockroaches in the kitchen on the floor next to the refrigerator. It's sad this place should not be part of Panda Express. I can go on and on with this bad experience i just hope we don't end up with food poisoning. I am the only one so far who had vomited 2 times since we ate i guess because i was disgusted by that rotten rancid chicken egg roll. one last thing when i was complaining to the manager about the food she asked me for my receipt and she keeps throwing it in the trach and when i asked her to give me my receipt she declined to give it back after a long struggle she gave me only 2 out of 3 receipt that had the lowest amount of what i had spent.

also i forgot to mention the men's bathroom floor it was disgusting urine on the floor both my 5 years old boys slipped, one almost fail on his face on top of the urine, thanks god his older brother grabbed...

When I tell you that I will NEVER visit this location again, that's REAL TALK! 👎 🙅‍♀️ 😒 🙄. I went through the drive-through and placed my order. I had to repeat my order several times in. She still did not enter it in correctly. So I had to have her fix it. The drive-through associates name was ANNIE Q. I wanted to ask her a question about the app. I had a question about getting my points for the visit on the app. the app i wanted to ask her about, I said, I have a question..she didn't say anything, so when I got to the window. I tried to ask her about it. She said on the app. I said yes, she rolled her eyes and closed the window, in my FACE..ummmm, wth 🤯😵‍💫🧐😲😳😡😤😠🤬. I guess she didn't have time for questions. Luckily, in the time she was gone, I figured it out. When she came back, I said that was so rude how you just close the window in my face in the middle of me trying to ask you a question. I still had the app appointing it to it trying to ask you a question, and you slammed the door in my face. She said..sorry that will be 16.02 in one breath... like she didn't even care. 😡😤😠🤬Then she told me that my order wasn't ready...the were waiting on supergreens and to pull around and the will bring it out. I waited 12 minutes.🤬 I almost went in when I saw him coming out with my food. Then, to put the icing on the cake. The order was wrong, and I had to go in anyway.😤😡😠🤬 They weren't even apologetic , they just fixed it. I was on my lunch break, and I was ten minutes LATE getting back.😤😤😡🤬. This is NOT the location for me, and if I hadn't already been an established customer liking Panda Express. I would never...
