Was having a great time , enjoying the the music. Was there 30 minutes, dancing, and ordered my first drink. Went to the restroom, and walked through the back of the bar and before I got to restroom, a women got in my face, with her finger in my face and said, “don’t ever walk through my bar area again”. I had no idea I walked through a restricted area and was shocked by her aggressive approach. When I returned to my friends at the bar, I was telling them what happened and the same aggressive bartender approached us and said, do you have a problem. I said, I was just telling them what happened, and she accused me of being drunk and took my FIRST drink from me a d to leave. My first time there, was having a great time, and was being kicked out because I walked across the back of the bar. Had no idea it was a restricted area. I recently visited this bar in Plano with a good friend for a casual day out. We sat at the bar, enjoyed a few drinks, and played bingo — it was a low-key day. To my surprise, when I politely asked for another round, the bartender told me I was being cut off. I had not acted disruptive or intoxicated in any way, and I was calm, respectful, and simply enjoying the day. What made the experience even more disappointing was the bartender’s attitude. She abruptly snatched my tab off the bar without a word and then went outside to confront my best friend about me — which felt incredibly unprofessional and unnecessary. I’m someone who always shows respect to service staff, and I didn’t feel that was returned. The situation was awkward, uncomfortable, and frankly unjustified. Our waiter was great. Kitchen staff and bartender left a lot to be desired. We started with draft beers which my bf got his in a timely manner. We asked about mine after 20 minutes and the bartender had not bothered to tell our waiter that the beer I ordered was no longer available. We then went ahead and ordered food. I ordered nachos with no olives or lettuce he ordered chicken fried steak. Food came out in a timely matter but mine was loaded with lettuce and olives, no big deal I can pick that stuff off. His chicken fried steak was not even beef! It was chicken! He said it was good but you know when you have your taste buds ready for one thing and it turns out another it can be disappointing.
