The manager is friendly and does a great job at this location and shout outs/big ups to Mallory the fastest Barista in Plano. Everyone does a great job here with the exception of one employee but I won't call him out cuz I'm not even sure he works there still. My biggest and only complaint is not about the employees or quality of beverages but the obnoxious customers who don't understand common decency. Example? Oh, I was hoping you would ask. I was just here this morning. Busy as all get up. Big line. Morning rush style. Who did the manager schedule on bar? Mallory of course, duh, cuz she's smart. I could have made a sign that said "This is as fast as humans can make these drinks without sacrificing quality, look around and be aware of the crowd" because for some reason it didn't seem fast enough for some customers. SO...to all the people that stand all up on the counter where they set the drinks like they are trying to hide a stain on the front of their pants or create some psychic connection with the Barista via close proximity and jedi mind trick them into skipping all the drinks ordered before yours. No, your drink won't get made faster. No, the group of people politely standing back 5 to 10 feet from the counter empty handed aren't a flash mob or having an awkward meeting where they don't sit or talk to each other and all face the same direction. They are waiting for their beverages. No, there is not a mental condition where someone derives pleasure from making people budge past them saying "excuse me" to grab their drinks that they ordered before you, I tried looking it up just to make sure I wasn't being insensitive, Google just keeps saying "did you mean 'What is being rude or inconsiderate?'." So back the eff up, be patient and wait for them to call out your name or drink and let the person working do their job without you hunched over the counter all creepy mcspace crowder. Lastly, if you ask for a freaking water from the Barista who has like ten plus drinks to make instead of ordering it in line, you SHOULD NOT be one of these entitled counter humpers. You should leave and get water from literally anywhere else because it's water or order it in line and go sit down because it might be a while. By the way, my drink was delicious, as always, whether the place is slow or busy and crowded like a Starbucks in West Plano on a Saturday morning....

I had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience at Starbucks recently. I used the Starbucks app to place and pay for an iced tea order, expecting the process to be smooth and efficient. Instead, I waited 20 minutes for my drink. I went up to check on my order twice, and both times was told they didnât have itâwith zero explanation or attempt to help.
Eventually, a manager showed up, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She never introduced herself, and I noticed she wasnât wearing a name tag. When she finally said, âYour name is AL, and your order is right here,â I explained that yes, my name would obviously be visible since I used the Starbucks app to place and pay for the order.
I asked her name multiple times, and she refused to tell me. I even recorded a video clearly showing she had no name tag and ignored my direct question about her name. Her dismissive and disrespectful attitude was shocking for someone in a management position.
Iâve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider. If Starbucks doesnât follow up on this incident and address the issue properly, I will not be returning. Thereâs no excuse for such poor service and lack of...
Read moreI had gone to this Starbucks with my mom and little sister and ordered a Blended Strawberry Lemonade, Sugarcookie Latte, a snowman cookie, and a few danishes. After adding the sugar plum cheese danish to our order, he told us they did not have it so I had to pay for something I wanted and got nothing I paid for, I had to choose something else that wasnât good. Apparently the guy on the drive through window had misheard us, which isnât a big deal, but the elderly man in the drive-thru had said there was no way to remake my lemonade because âyou said strawberry purĂ©eâ okay⊠not a big deal, but when I got to try the drink itself, it tasted like battery acid. It wasnât sweet at all, it wasn't even diluted lemonade but straight lemon juice. When I looked at the man to say something else, he went, âWe arenât going to remake your drink because we have a lineâ, my mom didnât want any conflict with this old guy so we drove away, I didnât care my drink sucked, I had to throw away my drink. But then my sisters drink was bitter and not sweetened at all. The only think we got right was a...
