Royal Sweets and Fast Foods — Restaurant in Plano

I will preface this review by first off saying that I'm actually quite the regular customer. That being said, I still find myself making this review because I believe that now has to change. For the past year or so I've thoroughly enjoyed this food, and found it's quality to be held to a much higher standard than the other chained locations. However, that is no more. I put off making this review because I felt it may of been some type of one off bad experience, but for the past week or so I've only seen this establishment plummet down. The food is poorly made and handled, varying from undercooked to burnt. Not only that, but day by day it seems to get even more filthy, making me feel uncomfortable when dining in. When I checked the reviews to see if others shared the same feelings, one thing caught my eye. I saw that there were three separate reviews posted on the same day, all with 3 stars. Even more peculiar is that two of which had no reviews prior. And as a regular, I recognized the young boys who posted them. Employees. I have no ill will towards them, but I find it wrong that instead of choosing to better the establishment, the owner forces his employees into giving untruthful reviews as to maintain a higher image. I heard that the previous manager recently took a step away from this store, but I never thought that it could have such a rapid decline in such a short amount of time. As far as I'm aware, this is no longer the place I've once actively enjoyed, just a shadow of its former self. I would give this zero stars if I could, and I'm sorry to any others who expect more...

Hello all, I Had a slip and fall accident on the wet and slippery floor on the premises of Royal Sweets Store @ Spring Creek Parkway and Coit Rd @Plano near the cash counter on 11/12 (Diwali day) around noon. I was unable to get up, and two of the customers helped me get on a chair. I stayed there for some time until my husband came to pick me up as I was unable walk. The floor was wet and was there no wet sign board placed at first. The signs were placed only after I fell. Went straight to the ER. Got X-rays and was advised to get the MRI s. MRIs showed full tear of ACL and MCL. Send out an email regarding this incident to the store owner after a conversation with him. As I did not get any reply for my email about a week, I followed up on the email and now the owner says no such incident happened in the store. I’m on crutches/brace and going through lot of physical and emotional stress. There were 2 customers who helped me and several who witnessed my fall. Unfortunately I did not get any contact details of the witnesses. If there’s anyone that witnessed this could you please reach out to me. This place is used to be our favorite places in Frisco and Plano area as we get best chole bhathure in town but it seems they have degraded their quality. They might have changed the chef or management but they really have degraded their food quality. Chole was really tasteless and bhature was seems like thick bread which was just baked. We even tried the masala dosa which has dry potato filling along with and thick dosa layer, it was nothing like masala dosa. It seems like we were eating some chilla but yeah sambhar was ok but chutney's we're not Their sweets we're ok Lastly they customer service was really not up to the mark. We understand the time we were at restaurant is kinda empty but it doesn't mean you will play whatever you want to from YouTube. You need to maintain some kind of level during playing any music, they were playing some music which really annoys us.
