One of my friends, who knows that I am a big fan of ice cream, suggested I visit this place and try their astonishing flavors. I checked it on Google and read a little more about their reviews before inviting my friends to join me. The owner is a nice and friendly Persian guy, just like me. This was one of the unique aspects of the place because they offer some Persian flavors that you can't find anywhere else. He explained the flavors and the preparation process to us, all done right in front of you. Nothing is prepared in advance. They can create thousands of flavors! They also had a board suggesting flavor combinations that go well together, from which we made our choice. I tried the pistachio ice cream with pistachio sauce, made from 100% Persian pistachios, while my friends tried the saffron flavor. In my opinion, mine was more tasty. For any Iranians who enjoy Ab-Havij Bastani (carrot juice with ice cream), I highly recommend visiting here. Another interesting thing was the way they prepared to-go orders. I believe they use dry ice because steam was coming out...

My husband and I visited this place last night. They make the gelato fresh in front of you. I ordered the coffee Colleto or something like that. The gelato was smooth in texture but lacked coffee flavor. It was an okay attempt to make the real Italian gelato. Being a fan of gelato and having tried so many other places this place was subpar. Then to top it off I found a little plastic piece in my bite. Maybe a plastic spoon they use that chipped off while scraping the edges of the machine. Even besides that the owner was there and he lacked customer service skills. We were the only ones there besides another couple and he did not make a single attempt to come and speak or be friendly knowing that this was our first time trying the place. If the owner had made an attempt to be friendly I probably would not have posted about the plastic chip in my gelato. Especially when there are so many varieties and stores out there customer service for me tops why I would try a shop the second...

Alright so I heard a lot of hype about this place so I was thrilled to check it out. I have to say I was disappointed…I got the combination chocolate Nutella pecans and strawberries and the only flavor was the actually strawberries. I know gelatos aren’t heavy on the flavors but it didn’t taste like anything …..two other people who were with me tried it and said the same. The other person got the Rocher one which was definitely better and had a good flavor but light on ingredients. Now before you come for me let me preface that I love dogs but there was a lady who came in with a dog and was at the counter where the icecream was being made…no it wasn’t a service animal and they may very well allow dogs in the place? Add to that the fact that no one was wearing gloves….they were mixing ingredients in the bowl so their hands were in the bowl along with their jewelry they were wearing so I would think gloves are warranted? Definitely...

Great little gelato place tucked away in Plano. Not a huge gelato fan compared to ice cream. Now that I tasted this place the pistachio flavor gelato is amazing. No add in needed. Really creamy and delicious.
