Taj Express — Restaurant in Plano

I know this restaurant closed a few years back and since has turned into a catering business. I never got a chance to dine here so am speaking of my phone experience regarding catering only.

I called the number provided on their website because I was interested in getting food catered for a party. When I called, a guy answered it. I told him about the party and that I just wanted to know what the menu items were and their pricing respectively (none of this info is available on their website). He told me twice that he would text me about this info within a short amount of time. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him.

I was looking forward to possibly using this catering service because I knew someone who had used them before and I had liked their food. But due to this person's lack of communication, rushed phone manner, and extreme disinterest, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Never ever again order food with this place. One of our life most important memories turned this to a nightmare. My life worst experience. My experience is Horrific and horrible. Owner is irresponsible and untrustworthy. We ordered food almost month in advance for large gathering and he totally ignored the order and forgot to deliver the food i have ordered for the event. We discussed all the details with him previous day even after that how he can forget to deliver the food? When food did not arrive even after 8.30 PM, we called about 25 times and sent him so many messages and he did not bother to pick up my phone or return my messages. Almost 75% of our guest left the event with out having dinner and for remaining guests last minutes at 10.30 PM we ordered pizza and biryanis from other places.
