Tacos Y Mas — Restaurant in Richardson

I normally LOVE Tacos y Mas and even recommend we support them for an office party today, yet have never been to this location and our experience was unfortunately very disappointing. My place of work ordered 40 tacos with rice and beans included to be delivered to our team. They gave us the wrong tortillas and sadly with absolutely NO salsa included. For a place that specializes in tacos you’d naturally think that salsa would be provided, especially when you order a large amount of them. So in the end we were all stuck with a bunch of dry bland tacos with the wrong tortillas. We ordered online and even tried to see if we could add any notes to include extra salsa if possible, but unfortunately there was not an option to. We took the chance and assumed it was standard to get salsa on the side since street tacos are usually served with salsa, but apparently not here. I understand mistakes can sometimes happen if this truly was one, but this particular experience was extremely disappointing…We tried to give this place a chance and I hope my boss gets reimbursed since she dished out over $100 for us with her own money only to get...

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Taco y Mas in Richardson and it was an experience worth sharing! We tried all three tacos: the Pastor , Carne Asada, and Chicken, and each one was bursting with flavor and generously packed with meat. The attention to flavor in each taco was remarkable, making it hard to pick a favorite! Can not say something about the refried beans and Spanish rice which was flavorful as well.

The accompanying sauces were equally impressive—each one was vibrant and added an extra kick to the tacos. We also ordered the trio, which included guacamole, salsa, and chips. The guacamole was fresh and creamy, while the salsa was zesty and perfectly balanced, making the chips irresistible.

The overall atmosphere of Taco and Moss was clean and inviting, creating a welcoming environment for diners. The staff was friendly and attentive, which added to the positive experience.

I found this restaurant a couple of months ago and was glad I stumbled on it. The several times I have ordered from here after have been consistently poor experiences. I came physically to the location for their "Signature Tacos. I ordered 2 brisket and 2 marinero tacos in July before a trip. Got back home to discover that one of the marinero tacos had 3 shrimp and some lettuce in it, none of the jack cheese, avocado or salsa . I came a time or two after that, I asked the person at the counter for the same order, no avocado this time on the marinero. Again, shrimp ,cheese and no lettuce. Tonight I ordered via Uber Eats 3 brisket tacos on corn with grilled onion and a street taco 6 pack. I RECEIVED 1 BRISKET TACO, NO ONION AND 2 OF 6 TACOS.
