Update: The owner of the store called me the day after I posted this review to apologize and he tried to locate a new sectional. There wasn’t a full set available so he refunded my money with no issue. Thank you for your quick response and resolution.

Horrible Experience! THEY LIED AND TRIED TO PASS OFF THE DISPLAY AS THE NEW SOFA!

I the store on Saturday morning. I spent some time discussing a specific sectional sofa with the 3 men working in the store. They told me the one I wanted was available and at the warehouse, and they could deliver it to me on Monday. I took care of the bill and scheduled the delivery time. On Monday, the delivery guys brought in a dirty used sectional that had been re-wrapped in clear moving wrap. It smelled like various perfumes, had hairs on it, and stains around the bottom edge where someone’s shoes had rubbed against it. There was even a hole in the black cover underneath. It was fully assembled. They didnt even bother to unscrew the feet! THEY ACTUALLY TRIED TO PASS OFF THAT DIRTY SOFA FOR A NEW ONE. They had delivered that nasty dirty sofa that was on display in the store to my house. UNBELIEVABLE! I took pics and immediately drove to the store. When I walked in, sure enough, there was an empty spot where the dirty sectional had once sat on display. When I confronted the same 2 men who promised me a new sectional from the warehouse, each had a different reason for why they lied to me. One said that the warehouse was “too far away”. The other said that they didn’t have the one I wanted. SO INSTEAD OF TELLING ME THE TRUTH, YOU LIE TO ME AND DELIVER A USED PRODUCT? That’s called BREACH OF CONTRACT in a court of law. They tried to get me to agree to another new sofa being delivered but absolutely not. You lied and I want all my money back. Come pick up your dirty sofa and refund my money. I will take legal action for this if necessary. This is really disappointing, disturbing and disgusting. They should be shut down for this. I do not recommend this store. Beware of this furniture store. They are liars and will scam you. Went with my mom to buy a dining table set during the third of week of November. Marcel promised us a brand new table and six chairs after I paid cash. The day of delivery, they brought us the table and two chairs that were on display at the store. Both were wobbly and had dents. Nobody called to inform me that an incomplete order was being delivered. I called the store and was put on hold several times. No apologies or explantions given. Marcel promised me that he would deliver the next day. Of course it never came. I called him. This went on for about three weeks. He said it would be coming and I would trust him. He never called me once. I would always have to call and follow up. After three weeks, I was fed up and asked for a refund. He agreed and asked me to come to the store. That same day somebody else called me from store and informed me that Marcel no longer works there and they have a new manager. They said to come to the store and they would help me. I went to the store and asked for a refund but Malik, the new manager, said it’s not possible because of a restocking fee. He said to pick out new chairs that would match the table that I had. I did so because I had no choice. The chairs were delivered to my house but one was damaged. After assembling one, I noticed they didn’t match the table that I had. I went to the store with my husband and brother and saw that Marcel still works there. Malik threatened to hit my husband. We left and came back a few days later to select a rug that they would be giving us for free. At that time they also told us the original chairs were available and would be shipped to us in two days. Of course that didn’t happen. Nothing was delivered. And I haven’t contacted them again because they are liars who scam their customers. Beware and stay away from them. We ended up ordering the original chairs on our own from somewhere else. Stay away from this place. Marcel and Malik are liars. They keep telling you that the furniture is on its way but...

So this furniture store comes across my timeline on Facebook with a picture of a table that was to die for. So I sent a message asking if the table was available. I got a timely response with come on in to the store with the address listed. Well I woke up excited to go and when I arrived I noticed it was a very nice store front but I walked into a disturbing conversation with a client and the owner about his furniture not being ready on time and when it finally came it was missing an important part. The guest also stated he had to already spend money on furniture he didn’t want because he had guest coming. Well finally they worked out something as I continued to look for the table on Facebook. I finally get approached and by then I have picked out the living room set I want and a bed. Well only later to find out the colors listed are sold out and the table I wanted not only isn’t in the store they sold out a long time ago. So after a 25 minute drive and a 25 minute story I over heard, 15 minute excitement of what I found that ended up not being in stock, and 10 minutes of typing this in the parking lot, the moral of the story is I should have walked out when I over heard the conversation because it was a direct sign that I clearly didn’t need to do business...
