Panda Express — Restaurant in Plantation

i usually always come here because the food is good. however today at 830 pm when i went in the line was super long. i asked for the new honey sesame chicken and sweet fire chicken (both which contain vegetables) the server puts a whole bunch of veggies and very little meat. i asked for her to look at the serving and put a little more meat she( which seems like the mananger) looks and says that’s the serving size . mind you other patrons who choose entrees without vegetables get a whole heap of meat. you would think as a manager that she would amend the situation after being brought to her attention through comparison. so i decided after waiting 25 mins in line to not pay for vegetables and a spit of meat.. i understand it was a busy time of day but to just completely disregard a customer is ridiculous. poor customer service this time around. i am a regular at panda express but guess who won’t ever be going...

When I got in line there was 2 people ahead of me who were waiting on food to come out. The server didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I was in line after standing there for 5 mins. So I finally spoke and asked for orange chicken. I was told it will be ready in 3 mins. Then she disappeared and never came back. After about 3-5 mins a fresh bowl of orange chicken came out. The people before got served by a man then he walked away. A lady server continued accepting Uber orders instead of taking my order. That lead to the fresh bowl of orange chicken running out again. When she came to me I said I wanted orange chicken then told me I had to wait. I said I did wait they told me 3 mins already but yet 15 mins later I’m being told to wait again. I walked off upset. I went to Panda Express yesterday craving Chinese food. They had a new item on the menu Almond chicken. I usually get the Honey Walnut Shrimp and another entree item. I was curious about how the Almond chicken tasted and asked for a sample. The lady behind the counter said " We don't give samples". I asked well if I order the Almond chicken and don't like it will you replace it with a different entree item? "No we don't give sample's" was the answer I received. I have gone into Panda Express at least 100 times in my life and never had a problem when I asked for a sample. I am not a serial sample offender you know the guy that ask for samples of everything lol. I only asked because it was a new item. I am done with...
