Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Plantation

I visited this location on 8/29/2018. After the cashier Alicia placed my order, I waited an extremely long time to get my food. So I walked to the counter and demanded to speak to the manager. The manager, Jennifer Austin, told me to wait. After she wrapped up helping someone with another order, I expressed my anger about watching people who paid after me get their food before me. She told me to wait again! When she came back out she told me they were short staff and that everyone else placed a different order than me, therefore they needed to pull someone to make my order. I told them they should have communicated that with me.

The manager should have been aware of her staffing issues and she should have relayed that to her staff and if she did, my cashier did not communicate that with me. So I was all around pissed that no one said a word to me and just starred while they handed out everyone else’s food. On top of that, I received no apologies for the inconvenience, for the wait, or the miscommunication. I feel it was the manager’s neglect and she and her staff should have been aware of their staffing situation. That was the worst experience I ever had at a Chick fil a. I will probably not go there if those same staff members are working. They also did not look like they knew what they were doing. So I went back to this DUMP 1 more time. What a DISASTER. SLOWEST, RUDEST MOST INEPT employees on Earth. Their side salads & dressings are WARM or HOT. They do not refrigerate them. The portions are smaller than any other chick fil a in America. The managers is a complete b$%#h. The girl who helped me looked like she just rolled out of bed. Literally had so much dandruff I lost my appetite. This IS NOT a normal chick fil a . I've been to dozens around the country & this is the ONLY 1 like this. Everyone there needs to be fired, TODAY.

Someone needs to train the front counter staff again. They're rude, ( unlike ANY other Chick Fil A I've been to. ) They dip the cups, by hand in the ice while also handling money etc. Totally unacceptable. I told them I wanted a new cup of soda with no ice because what they're doing is the #1 way food borne illnesses are spread. Dipping your hand into the ice is beyond ridiculous. Even more so when they have ice scoopers 1 inch from them in the ice bin. They're side salads are alot different than all other Chick Fil A are. Hardly anything in it. On March 30th I visited the Broward Mall location. I decided to order curbside because my toddler was sleeping in the back seat. So i ordered a sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was fine but when i opened my side salad a strange smell came out. I decided to still eat it because figured it might be the cheese. But when i took my first bite i saw something that looked like a leg or something. After further digging i found it! It was a ROACH!!! I have never felt more disgusted in my life. Also i have never had such experience with CFA i am a frequent customer and never thought this would happen to me. The reason i did not get off the car was because as i mentioned earlier my toddler was sleeping in the back seat. I regret not taking a picture and reporting them to the health department. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! It is not ok to have roaches in a CFA where people go because we do not trust other fast food places. This location...
