Worst Arby’s experience ever and I’m an Arby’s lover and frequent guest. Stopped in at noon, waited on by Nick (appeared to maybe be a manager?? Wearing a Hawaiian shirt and sunglasses) dropped a bag on the floor and proceeded to put food in it and kept scratching his head and touching all surfaces. Most tables had crumbs on them, had to search for a clean one, it was not busy. I saw clearly why most every table was dirty as he came out and half wiped a few tables off and didn’t even try to wipe the entire surface tops of any table. He should take his sunglasses off for better performance. My husband got a Beef and Cheddar…cheddar everywhere inside of wrapper….it was so messy, he didn’t want to eat it. My regular roast beef was adequate. Not bad but not as great as usual. We don’t frequent this Arby’s as we were on our way to Iowa but we’ve been here many times and I’ve never even had thoughts of writing a review but this was just terrible. Nick looked and acted like he was high, not sure if he just didn’t care or he was stoned and hiding behind the sunglasses. All in all, I wouldn’t even give 1 star. Very disappointing. As a former business owner myself, I’d want to know if someone witnessed performance such as this in my establishment. We were not the only ones that noticed, either. Food took a long time as well. Read moreThe manager on duty refused to refund my order after her staff messed up my order. She proceeded to call me a liar in front of her customers saying she has cooks that have made these sandwiches for years and they would not forget the chicken on a chicken sandwich. Not only did she call me a liar but she immediately dismissed my claim that my order was incorrect by questioning the fact that it took me 15 minutes to get back to the store when I realized my order was incorrect after I got home.
It is extremely unprofessional for someone in a management position to immediately dismiss a customer just because you think it took them to long to get back up to the store after driving home. not to mention calling me a liar and implying that I must have altered the sandwich myself and taken the...
Read moreSaturday, June 16, 2018 @ 9:45pm. First of all the restaurant was open, but the big highway sign was turned off. We went through the drive-thru, whose menu light was also turned off. We waited for someone to get our orders. No one answered. I had to walk inside to see if they were open, which they were. We decided to give them another chance and go around the drive-thru again to place our order. They take forever to get our order and then they take around 10-15 minutes to get our food ready. The lady who was helping us kept apologizing for the wait, but did nothing to help us. No discount, or anything to minimize the trouble of having to wait so long for a “fast” food meal.
