I stopped in at THIS Burger King location in Platte City, MO for first time yesterday. It is a very nice looking & well kept store. I was impressed! I decided to have a sandwich instead of just a drink on my way back to Kansas from a visit in St. Joseph, Mo. I asked the lady at front counter about one of their new s/w offerings, the chicken cordon bleu. She gave me a good description of it. It was very good! As I was leaving, I told a different lady at front counter that they had a great store & the cordon bleu was different & very good! I just found ONE thing wrong. She asked what. Read moreWorker named lilly has terrible customer service, should not be working. Has no respect and cracks jokes on the customers and causes the whole crew to laugh at the customers in there face. They should have respect and focus on thier job. Not focus on what a customer looks like. Very disappointed in her. We were ordering and she couldn't take our order because she was too busy laughing and playing with the male cooks. The food was good but the drinks sucked. The sugar in the tea wasn't desolved at all. She needs to lose her job!! I've never had an employee be so rude. please do not eat here if you don't want to have them joke on you right to your face. The inside was beautiful even though there were nats flying around my cup as i was putting my...

The fries and whopper are my go to and I am quite let down as their large fries are the size of a small and barely any in the box and dropping $15 for a meal for one person you’d think they wouldn’t be so stingy with their fries. Pretty sad. Oh well. Not anymore. Done with it. Just opened up my double check hopper with cheese. There’s no cheese. Again, $15 for what? If I hadn’t driven so far away I’d have turned back and had them fix it but I really shouldn’t have to. They weren’t busy so there was no excuse to screw...
