Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Pleasant Hill

This Chipotle’s gets five stars for being the WORST!!! There is a young man by the name of Joseph that works there. That is very rude. Doesn’t have any customer service skills at all and I don’t say that lightly. The first time I visit, he wouldn’t even speak to me. I was in front of the counter first I was standing then I sat and took a seat there. He was fixing some orders to go, didn’t even look up and say hi to me, he saw me, !!! there was another gentleman at the register who was doing something as well but his demeanor was not rude like Joseph then there was a young lady named Lilith or Lilly, who began to put her gloves on finally said, can I help you she was very kind . I saw her prepare my bowl, and then she was looking at Joseph like this lady was here first we need to help her. Joseph started helping other people who came in after me and she put the lettuce in the bowl and he was supposed to put the meat in my bowl He barely put meat in the bowl !!! I was going to rate their performance that day it was so bad I didn’t want to say anything bad I came back couple of weeks later with my spouse. I asked the young lady that did she remember me. She smiled and said yes !Joseph still didn’t say hello she began to prepare my food. Lily lily iis her name something like that and Joseph had to put the meat on there they have this new spicy chicken that’s really good and he barely put some meat on my plate and I was like …wow ! he just doesn’t care. Why is he working There ? There was a young lady there she was a cashier, Lilith was there and Joseph I asked him what was his name and he told me his name so rudely that young man needs training !!! . The food was horrible. they have a large spoon. It wasn’t even full. He threw the meat on my husband’s burrito and inside of my bowl. It wasn’t enough at all so the other young lady added a little more to my husband’s burrito because Joseph didn’t give enough, I would never go there ever again do not waste your time. Don’t go to the chipotles is the worst chipotles I have ever been to in my life. !!! Thumbs...

Yesterday we had one of the worst experience ever.. May I add we were trying to give them another chance since we had a lot of bad experiences there before. Upon arriving there was a person opening the bags of chips with bare hands. She should of been using gloves since she was touching the register. Ordering there were no issues the young man was sweet. He must have been new he couldn't answer our questions we asked if we could eat inside and he said I do not know ask the cashier. Once we're ready to pay the girl that was opening the bags of chips with her bare hands went to go stock up the napkins and made us wait for 5 minutes she came back and threw the extra box of merchandise on the counter very hard. You could tell she was in a bad mood, we asked her if there were chips and she said there were not any, but we could see the bags of chips behind her. We didn't want to ask her any more questions since she just lie in front of our faces. Anyhow we proceeded to go outside to go eat. Our food was lukewarm and the only table that was left was dirty. I went ahead and cleaned it. When we were almost done with our food a nasty disgusting smell started coming up. It smell so foul that I couldn't finish my food. It started to get stronger. We looked under our table and noticed there was a sewer vent on the ground. We were shocked why would they place A darn table on top of a nasty vent. Immediately we got up and threw our food away. This was definitely the worst Chipotle we have ever gone to. They have just lost two customers, we will...

UPDATE!- Even after 7 years they still have terrible service. We got take out and every container was covered in rice and guacamole. The quesadilla was just as greasy as the last time. Everything was a mess. I guess even after 7 years it’s still the same. My sister and I went to pick food for dinner. We got to the front they took our order. One cheese quesadilla, a burrito bowl and a side of rice and beans. When we went to pay I thought gosh the totally seems low. My sister looked in the bag and said her quesadilla wasn't in there. So we told the cashier who didn't seem to care at all that our order wasn't correct or completed. She said it would be up in a minute. There was NO apology for the order being incomplete what so ever. The quesadilla finally was ready. They put in the bag and we went home. When we got home and looked at our recipe we were NEVER charged for the rice and beans and the quesadilla was so full of grease almost the entire bag was covered it in. I love Chipotle but I won't be returning to...
