Very disappointed how I was treated in this store With 2 minutes before closing (I was not aware that they were closing at 8pm) they stoped me from going in because they saw me bringing one rug to return.

Automatic doors where still open which let me get into the first doors then the supervised literally RUN to stop me as I was getting in through the second set of automatic doors. I Asked them if I could just please be allow in, wasn’t even 8 pm and her response was “Nope I already made the announcement that we are closing” her disposition was horrendous, not sense of customer service was so ever. There are people that are not quite sure what the real hours of operation are, so it could be confusing since COVID. So I have to do the 15 mile trip again and would rather shop...

They have really great things for great prices but unfortunately I have noticed a lot of discrimination at this location. It’s definitely not all the staff but there are a few who have went out of their way to target and be extremely rude to young African American shoppers for whatever reason. There should absolutely be no room for that kind of behavior in 2020. I think they have actually cracked down on this behavior because the staff member that was discriminating I believe no longer works there. I really hope they do continue to diversify their team, hire people of all ages and races and hold trainings at this location to teach their staff/security and personnel non discriminatory...

Hi I visited in home goods store in pleasant Hill. I want to return the a item. but I don't have receipt and no tag too. only I have my card. I explained to them just want to gave me store credit. I am not used the item just color is not matching my other stuff. They said only no tag no receipt no return. I have when i used my debit cart.
