I have many great things to say about this location, from someone who resides in Bay Point, this location and the Pittsburg are my go-to when it comes to eating a nice burger and fries for a good price. I have noticed many miniscule differences that separate this location from its nearby competitors, and I can tell you why it is so much busier than others as well. The customer service is elite. During my last visit, I walked in and there were 2 workers taking all the orders, Andre and Jeremy. There were at least 12 people Infront of me and they got through the line so fast and when it was finally time to receive my order, I was expecting both the workers to be all tired and drained from the line they just got through, but Jeremy and Andre both had visible happiness radiating from them that even my wife complimented Jeremy on his smile and she told me afterwards its clear the type of youth they hire are people like Andre and Jeremy. It took me a good 20 minutes to receive my 4 meals, 1 3x3 meal, 3x double double meals, with 4 milkshakes. When I went up to receive my food, I believe his name was Gabriel or Angel (Don't remember well) made sure to offer all sorts of condiments from ketchup to chilies and mustard. One thing that I think this location can definitely work on is cleanliness, but it is understandable that with the high volume of customers they receive day in and day out the reason why its dirty, some people just don't have the manners to clean up a little mess they made! Overall, I would love to compliment this entire In N out team on how great they are, how focused they are on providing the best customer service and food, and its impressive to see how they all work as a team and move like one big machine, kudos to the all the managers that are in charge of running it and hiring the right people to keep it...
Read moreIts hard to give a poor rating to In n Out, but unfortunately this specific location was a disappointment. When I lived in Pleasant Hill, this location was only 5 minutes away by freeway. Which meant late night hunger cravings were easily filled.
The only issue about this In n Out location was how much harassment I faced for just trying to eat. As though it was taboo, for me to pickup food by myself, like I wasn't capable of getting my own food or that I needed a chaperone.
Often times when I would visit at night, cars would either drive up really close to me and honk several times and glare at me, it was a little scary since I didn't know what they wanted. I didn't know the ppl in these cars so why they insisted on harassing me, is the question. One night, a car nearly took my drivers side door off cause it drove so close as I had just opened the door. The driver wasnt even paying attention, didnt apologize, and didnt even stop as they drive right through the parking space on the next aisle, in fact, they almost hit me at the same time. And the most ridiculous thing is, how empty the parking lot was that evening, there were only a small handful of cars, and yet I was almost hit.
Why glare at someone who is merely just trying to get food, why cause unnecessary trouble. For the most part, going in the daytime is safer, less traffic and much better customer service.
Although, I have experienced issues with my order being incorrect or whether my order was in a bag or tray, but it didnt happen too often.

Read moreDespite the line, the biggest compliment i have is the consistency, some places are better than other usually it's tasted in the fries, but sometimes the burgers are greasier or packed with way too much lettuce. The shakes are decent, and the machine always works when i go to any location. The staff is consistently nice and well manored and polite. i enjoy my self everytime i eat here by myself or with a friend. It's not an everyday meal but something to think of as a treat. The portions seem to be fair for the price, and I leave feeling satisfied. One other thing I wanted to point out is that some other restaurants mainly other fast food chains, their sodas seem watered down and in and out seems to pour the syrup a little heavier and it's appreciated. My 4 star rating is not 5 because there are a few things that stand out to me. The uniforms they look uncomfortable, and they are always a bit dirty. I don't know if this is the look or what, but I feel a slight improvement either.in the quality of material or the wash service, it needs to be addressed. Lacking extra condiments, I feel like there should be a more mild pepper like jalapeño slices and other things of that nature. cultural adaptations will be crucial in the coming years. Also the parking line has to be dealt with.... this is a huge hindrance to other local businesses as well as staff and your bottom line. Im sure you are aware and are working diligently on a solution, thanks for being really...
