Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Pleasant Hill

I unfortunately used to manage this store. Coffee was great, vibes were great, but now all they do is fire everyone and the coffee isn’t as good. I’ve been through a few times since quitting to try and still support since I love Scooter’s Company, but it’s gone down downhill. You wait in the line forever and the coffee is mediocre now. Not as many smiling faces. I’ve had multiple past employees and customers reach out to me about how everything has changed. Very unfortunate.

There scanners were down double point day and we turned are receipt into the app to get our points and got screwed out double points! Scooters is really starting to suck so much. Ever since the xl coffees the coffee hasn’t been tasting the same anymore. And changing out workers like it’s underwear doesn’t help either. Don’t recommend if u can’t even get ur double points for the order on double points we got 69 point for 2 xl coffees should been over 135 points atleast but no they have us 69...
