Customer service is horrible. From the beginning i enterd theyre shouting at you. I was given attitude because i miss understood what the cashier lady told me (Maria). This lady goes behind to the kitchen and starts talking rudely about me to the others coworkers. After i told her i dont want what i accidently ordered. Her attitude changed. Ordered a nacho Bell grande, then proceeded to add four dollars worth of extras for a total almost $11 for nachos. What I got was sour cream with a half teaspoon, guacamole, 1/3 of a teaspoon, lettuce, which was a fair amount, extra meat sauce, which appeared to me to be what should’ve been the original amount of meat sauce. Two days later I went to the Mexican restaurant across the street and spent the same amount of money and I had three times as much weight and more than ample of items like sour cream, guacamole and real meat with an abundant amount. GO TO WENDYS INSTEAD.High ego workers with low iq, get my order wrong, called them and was told to give my name and come back, came back was told to have the food and receipt. I never got a receipt lady at the window looked at me like I was lying I started to get irritated and told them I wouldn’t waste my time coming back if I was lying.
